Amazing people, above average food, and competitive prices. When it comes to chinese food its hard to find big differences between most delivery places but the difference this place has is its staff and service. The place itself is small maybe 20-30 seats but delivery times are rarely slow and ive never had a bad experience in or outside the restaurant. The lady at the front desk with glasses is amazing and gives you a great experience and great attitude. Ive seen her interactions with other customers and she is the bomb when it comes to her job and experience in the food industry 5/5 stars and will be a long time customer.

BEST OF ITS CLASS IN CYPRESS Called several places looking for delivery and being as it was late every person I spoke to was rude and acted like I was torching them by calling so late. Some places didnt even answer 35 minutes before close. Not this place. THEY WERE AWESOME!!!! Young lady on the phone was quite professional and very polite. Oh and not to mention it, but the food was AMAZING The delivery was also quoted to take around 45 minutes and about 10 went before I had food in my hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT

I wish i could give this place no star. I actually like the food but the customer service is beyond horrible. The hostess is rude and would not make you comfortable. My table wasnt cleaned and I asked her politely that if something could be done about it but I was told that they were just hot oil marks and they could be found on all the tables. Im not sure if that makes the table "clean". No apologies, no customer service from her. I wont be returning to this place.

Thought this place wouldve been a good little place to eat from but was wrong!!! Ordered some food and had it delivered. Well, as my co-worker was paying for the food, a roach crawled out of the bag!! So disappointed cause we thought this place was good up until that day. No telling if weve had roaches in our food before. The delivery guy wanted to take the food back and bring us a different order but no thank you!! Where theres one, theres more.

Food came out fast took home still hot I got general tso with fried rice and wonton soup. Rice was not good half was still white so that tells me that they took the steam rice and just put soy sauce on it. General tso was terrible tasted like it can from Walmart freezer department the only thing that was any good was the soup besides the meat inside of the noodle was kind of stringy.

I live 6.8 miles from them and they said they dont deliver that far... who doesnt deliver even 7 miles? Are people walking the food to the houses? Plus it was a straight shot down 290 as I live right off the freeway... super easy. Ridiculous. Unless this place is with in sight of your house they probably wont deliver to you.

Ordered the general and sesame chicken with wonton soup... while delivery was on time the sauce on both plates of chicken smelled as if it was several days old. It made it difficult to eat and my boyfriend and I quickly lost our appetites just from the smell. I was very disappointed.

We have been going here since this place opened. This is the best Chinese take out food we have found in Cypress and we are from the north east. Food is always good and we have never ever had a problem with customer service ever, not sure what others are talking about.

Peaceful had a fresh multiple selections the shrimp and chicken Alfredo to die fried fish yummy ice tea is great bathrooms were clean,staff always has a smile!!! been going there off and on for about four years just ate there today with my son .

Szechuan Chicken was very good. Mongolian Beef was only ok. Delivery took as long as they said it would. Food arrived hot. We will order again. Would just choose a different beef dish.
