I wandered into this little cafe the other day and was BLOWN AWAY by the food. My wife and I are big fans of Panera and Celebrity Cafe but Trio is significantly better. We go back now at least once a week. The Caesar is as good as Bobs and the flavors are bold and savory--very distinctive. The Field Greens salad is spicy and savory and leaves your palate with three layers of flavor; absolutely awesome. Get the Club Wrap if you want a sandwich, or the Tenderloin if it fits your budget, both were excellent, though Ive now tried everything on the menu and its all great.

This was introduced to me by a local Colleyvillian who swears by this eatery. AMAZING!!! They are revamping the menu every season to offer you the latest fare with their own flare on every item. The watermelon and feta salad is to die for and the key lime pie will make you question any others youve had in the past. From the apps to the deserts and everything in between I have not had a bad dish yet. Add the fact that they are BYOB and youve got the perfect date night! We love love love this place and will continue to frequent as long as they let us in :)

Food was good but the service and atmosphere were very weak. Took forever to get our food and there were only four tables of customers at the time. We could see the staff in the kitchen talking on their cell phones and eating. When we asked the manager about the delay he wanted to argue with us. Prices are high as well. There are too many resturants in this area where the food is as good plus atmosphere & managements attitude are better.We wont be back.

My friend and I were looking for a place that was located halfway between us. We found the listing on a food app. What an incredible meal. Since it was new to both of us, we made a point to sample a full set of options. From apitizer to deserts it was outstanding! New seasonal menus, great deserts and awesome service. We highly recommend it!

Their lunch menu has a perfect sized array of options, enough to pick out something nice but not so many that a decision is difficult. The Cajun turkey club on a croissant was a great pick and was perfectly accompanied by the soup of the day, a delicious carrot ginger bisque.

This place is great. The food is fantastic. The chef and his wife are very nice folks. He completely changes the menu every few months. BYOB. Its a small restaurant. Not much on atmosphere. But the food and service are outstanding. Highly recommended.

Best food you will find in the area!! Another successful dinner at Trio. We had the beef wagyu with blue cheese grits and the venison stuffed quality! Chef comes around to the table. Amazing from start to finish!! Amazing wine kid as well!!
