Here I am again only married now and still ordering crappy tacos from the crappiest Dairy queen in Texas! Why can I go to Newton and get the most awesome, meat filled tacos ever but no matter what the cheap owners of this franchise dont allow more than 1oz of meat in their tacos???... They just dont care!! And if the girl, pretending to be sweet at the window, offers u condiments and napkins....u better check the bag because she is probably laughing at u as u drive away!!! Ban the bridge city Dairy queen!!! It sucks. SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS

I have, in the post, posted some pretty negative things about this Dairy Queen. I decided to call and ask once again for them to fix the problem and tonight I will say they did a great job. There was plenty of meat on the Texas Tacos and the service was very friendly and understanding. The drive through is not first come first serve because you can call in orders to be picked up which I think is AWESOME. It takes longer for a burger than tacos so if you want it quick, call it in to go!!

Management is so RUDE!!0! To their employees (i heard them while at drive thru window) and to me when i called to let them know the meat on the tacos was ice cold and had no flavor. She basically hung up in my face on the phone. The employees were all sweet but they seemed to be "walking on egg shells" around their manager. Im done with them. This isnt the first time that the food has been bad but it will be the last time i make a trip to dairyqueen in bridge city. I

Well service was excellent, but food not so much, we wanted the chicken and dumplings as they are always delicious but they dont serve them now was told they would be back about September. Order hamburger and fries hamburger was very dry and mine had a bread tie in it lol, we didnt complain and my mother in law finished her food and we just left

I am a former employee of this establishment. That being said the food, is good and cooked well and the service is good too. However the management is terrible, and I think that this effects the overall well being of this particuar establishment.

This drive through is not first come first serve. They ask you to pull up and around the building even if you are the only one there. Their timer is more important than your service.
