I am FED UP with this place... Tonight i ordered 2 different combo meals through the drive through....get home and they have the entire ordered mixed up and BBQ sauce all over everything...i usually dont even say anything and just deal with it. But if im paying 17 dollars for 2 burgers, i would like them to be correct. So i bring them back up there, politely explain the problem and ask them to fix it.... I was asked for my reciept even tho i had literally went through there 10 mins before this and they were not busy at all AND i brought the food with me... As they agreed to re-make the order i say THREE times "no mustard". I say thank u when i leave and go home. Open my burger and THERE IS MUSTARD ON IT. They were not busy at all.... Literally not a single person inside or in the drive through. Im done with this place..... Every time my family goes here, they screw it up somehow. Better training or something is NEEDED.

Ordered at drive thru and noticed one customer pulled into parking area and took their order back inside. I asked clerk to verify order and she read from monitor what I ordered which was correct. Received order and pulled forward & verified what we received and it was wrong. Left out an order of fries. Not worth the time to go inside and get the missed fry but prompted me write this review.

I waited over 45 minutes and I still never got my burger that I ordered. I went back and told them I want my money back. They gave me my money back (which is why I gave them two stars instead of one) but I they have never apologized at all. They sure never gave a flying hoot about me.

25 minutes in the drive thru... only 3 cars ahead of me....THEN MY FOOD WAS COLD!!!!! not one napkin in the bag.... this place is sinking fast!!!! my son told me not to go. and when a group off teens say its bad.... its bad!!!

The workers here are VERY nice! They make sure you have everything you need. Our food for 5 people came out in an appropriate amount of time, even in the middle of lunch rush. All the food was perfect to order as well!

Its your usual Whataburger experience, except this restaurant is a cool Nascar themed. Check it out if youre driving through Bridge City and need a quick good lunch.
