If you skim through the ratings youll see why I rated it the way I did. Nice little establishment but, be prepared to wait for your coffee. I had ordered a latte and an iced Americano and it took over 20 minutes. They also have a fairly limited menu They had 3 people on staff. The cashier was nice enough The barista had no alacrity about his movement and seemed like he didnt even want to be there. The last guy was prepping food. If youre interested in meeting some people and relaxing for a while or sitting down and doing work this place seems great in both atmosphere and service. They have individual reading lights at their bar and plenty of great tables and comfortable chairs. If youre looking to get coffee and go, youll leave frustrated and not wanting to come back

Its a shame they dont know how to make a proper cappuccino. They have a nice espresso machine, La Marzocco, but dont know how to use it. My drinks consistently come out tasting burnt and scorching hot. Theres a way to serve hot drinks ready to drink so that you dont have to wait 15-20 minutes for your first sip. Also, if you have to ask me what size of cappuccino Id like it shows me youre not entirely sure what a cappuccino is. A shame. I wanted to love it here. Ive given it many chances however Ive seen no improvement over the 6 months Ive been stopping by. Perhaps some barista training for the team will go a long way? Its not all terrible, this is a good location for a coffee shop with plenty of space if you need to sit and get some work done for a while.

Revised to 4 stars. 8/22/2017 Inconsistent service in the last year. Basic block and tackle stuff like not having condiments readily available, unclean spaces, inconsistent food, slower service takes it down a notch. Still a fine watering hole but not quite the same. Im so impressed with the cleanliness of this establishment, its ownership, who are always professional, courteous and kind, and there sensitivity to gluten-free needs, which really works well for us with a child who has Celiac. When I walk in they remember my name, are always willing to answer my questions, patient and deliver top-notch barista service with the best branded coffees of Cuvee and Stumptown. Kudos!

I ordered my americano and the cashier said it would be 5 minutes because she had 3 orders in front of me. I said ok. I waited more than 20 minutes then asked about my drink. The cashier said it would be at least 10 more minutes because she now has 7 drinks ahead of mine. Not sure how 4 more orders for coffee drink could be placed ahead of mine. She offered a refund but I didnt have more time to waste. She cannot handle this job it is bigger than she has the capacity to do well. Mediocrity at its best!!! To be clear I didnt get my drink nor did I get the refund. I didnt have more time to waste waiting for her to get organized.

I am a regular at Bee Cave Coffee and not just because its close by. They earn their customers with superior service (I think everyone who works there knew my name after no more than 2-3 visits). They just hired some new employees and they are awesome, as well. They serve great coffee, fabulous lunch items, and I gotta say, I just tried their Peanut Butter Cup Cookie today, and that is what prompted this stellar review. :) Love Bee Cave Coffee and their employees and thrilled to see their continued success.

I just left Beecave coffee Company I ordered one taco one danish and a cup of coffee medium and the total was $11 the taco seemed like the eggs in me or pre-cooked from frozen the Danish was good. The taco was $2.75???????? For a very small taco with about 1/2 an egg and a sprinkle of precooked sausage(from frozen). Customer service was poor and the coffee was just as poor. 1st time and last time I will go there. So sad I wish it would have been better.

First stop here was about 6 months ago; today I was back on town (from Houston), had to stop by again. Quality coffee (roasted locally by Cuvee). I recommend the Black & Blue cold brew & Double Espresso. UPDATE (Oct 2, 2016): back again! Enjoyed the Cortado - the balance that the Greater Goods espresso brings to this was nice. (Only wish they had a Cortado glass). Ill be back yet again.

4 stars given its in Austins coffee wasteland. Breakfast tacos are great! Coffee is consistently OK - but always too hot. (cmon guys, its the easiest thing to fix). The rest of the menu is pretty good. Avoid sitting outside as the chairs are broken and sagging. You really dont have many options on this side of town so gear up for a mall trip and deal with it.

First time at Bee Cave Coffee. Love supporting a local coffee shop and their Americano was really great! They also serve locally roasted Cuvee coffee. Atmosphere was hip, open and bright, and clean. Only issue was they open at 8am on a Saturday. We waited the 10 min for them to open. Other customers came and left.

Gave this place a second chance. Better than my first experience but dont come here if you are fussy about your coffee. Although they use Cuvee, its more of a Starbucks experience. I gave two extra stars because the person who served me was friendly and its a spacious place to get some work done with good WiFi.

have been here twice. both times were not a great experience but the 2nd trip was way worse! the staff is rude and seems "put -out" to be serving you. The Egg BLT was good, but the tacos are gross. Not to mention, for being a coffee shop, the coffee is really not good! Bummer, such a great location

Awesome bagel veggie sandwich and great quality coffee. The place has a relaxed feel also and not a "here is your coffee get out" feel like sbux. Have not had bad drip coffee in several trips vs the nearly every time burned coffee at sbux. I have my new coffee spot.

Cant understand why someone would give a three star review of a business just because they opened their doors on time, but whatever. This place is great; clean, quiet, with great coffee, food, and service. Screw Starbucks and buy local.

Nice! Something oher than f#!&!% Starbucks. Yay change! Beecave Coffee makes a mean brew. More open space. Staff are cool, nice, friendly. A refreshing change to the douche bag wannabe hipsters that I find at many coffee shops.

Convenient location in the Hill Country around the Galleria. Street parking within a couple blocks. The servers are very friendly and the atmosphere is vibrant. Coffee is pretty good and the pastries are larger portioned.
