The WORST Starbucks I ever been to! The espresso shots should taste creamy and strong, NOT BITTER and burnt. Not only did they mess up the 1 thing they specialize in bit they were super slow in the drive thru. I sat in the drive thru just from time I ordered until the time I got my drink for 39 minutes! Ridiculous there was only about 7 other cars in drive thru.! Drive thrus at Starbucks should NEVER TAKE THAT LONG almost 40 minutes to get a disgusting coffee that I ended up not drinking an throwing away. So i not only waisted 40 minutes of my life in which made me late for work, I threw my coffee away because it was nasty bitter burnt shots, but I also lost the $6.00 that it cost me! I will NEVER go back there and WILL NOT RECOMMEND this location to anyone! Cmon your specialty is espresso and you cant even get that right then there is a huge problem! Ridiculous!

RUDE! It had been a long trip and we just wanted a coffee. Google Maps said this one was closest, so we stopped. I watched the Barista take care of NINE drinks in front of me, although there was only one other person in the store... those nine were all drive-thru... which had only 2 cars when I ordered. The Barista was a cute little blond girl whom I watched work very hard to get other people to do her job... to the point that eventually only the cashier on the drive-thru would stay in the room with her... I watched her shrug, and then finally start making drinks. Mine should have been first, but I watched her place it last. To add insult to injury, I ordered Breve - thats Half-n-Half. I watched the Barista pour the half-n-half into a dirty MILK pitcher to steam. Nasty little piece of work. No tip, no way! And never stopping at this Starbucks again!

Joseph Torres is the rudest Starbucks employee we have ever encountered. NO Starbucks employee, at any location weve ever been customers of, comes close to the lack of customer service quality my girlfriend received when simply asking, after a considerable wait, if her drink was close to being made. Josephs response: "I dunno, Im the only one making drinks and I make them one at a time." When I responded telling him that his response should be more polite, as my girlfriend asked with respect, Josephs response -- a flippant "okay" without eye contact and then turning away. Terrible customer service by Joseph Torres. He should be disciplined for being the epitome of terrible customer service. I welcome a store manager to contact me on this experience and disrespect we received on 6/12/2016.

Joseph is always super polite to me every time I encounter him at this location. He always communicates with me with respect and professionalism. In fact, I go almost every morning and the entire morning crew has shown me nothing but respect and friendly smile. If my drink is messed up for any reason, they gladly replace it for me at no charge, which isnt often they have to do that. The afternoon crew is a different story. I have had a few brushes with un-pleasantness and they seem to take a bit longer to prepare drinks, but again, if I complain it is resolved immediately. To be clear this does not happen very often either. This is my favorite Starbucks by far.

I ordered a Venti Green Tea Frappaccino. I asked for coconut milk and no whip cream because I have a sensitivity to dairy. I got to the drive-thru and the girl started to hand me a Grande with Whipped cream on top. She realized what she was handing me so she turned around scooped the whipped cream into the trash and poured the grande Frappaccino into a Venti cup. So what I left with was a Grande Frappaccino inside of a Venti cup with remnants of whipped cream in the Frappaccino. As a business that serves food, food allergies and intolerances should be taken into consideration. So much for getting a drink that I could consume. -A Very Disappointed Customer

The expresso shots were disgusting We have them made again and instead of making a large which we paid for they made a small one and even that was worse... we did not keep arguing and dont want to waste our time talking to the most prejudice racist Starbucks location.... we just drove on wasting our money... However the girl in the drive thru was very good and decent... so we avoid making her day bad....we dont remember her name... she was working on 11/15/2016 at 12.10 pm.

Brody is the nicest barista. Every other time we go there the people are typically rude and I didnt want to go there again this morning to deal with the same rude women. This time a man served us our drinks and he was absolutely wonderful. The drinks taste amazing! He was so polite and while we were waiting he would have a conversation with us(we went through the drive through.) He deserves a raise!!

Horribly Horribly slow ! Do yourself a favor unless you have literally 45 minutes to wait for a cup of coffee, keep driving!! we had lunch at chuys 2 hours early and I kid you not , we went in, ordered, and got our food faster than it took to go through the drive through for ONE cup of coffee. WE TIMED IT .. 41 MINUTES !! Flippin ridiculous! !

Unfortunately terrible experience. 3 team members standing around chatting while 2 are working their butts off. One standing is the manager and complaining in front of guests how they are short and need someone to step up. So terrible. Then had to wait 25 min for a latte. Ridiculous.

I love the environment here, the smell, the hipsters. Lovely! Ive spent so many hours sitting in their chairs talking with loved ones. Another plus they dont care if you do that. Just do both of you a Favour and order some nice coffee! ;)

This store was stretched thin as a result of travel traffic. We stopped there for a travel break and the restrooms were not clean or stocked. The tables were full, and all baristas were preparing drinks. We had to go somewhere else.

Starbucks are usually really quick but Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes already & havent even ordered. I would just leave but the way their drive thru is set up I cant even escape, this is terrible!

They take forever to get orders out,as this is a fairly busy location, and often times I end up with an incorrect order. That said, the drinks are still very good - they just might not be what you ordered.

The service here is very slow. On multiple occasions during different times of day I have waited around 20 minutes in the drive through. I never come here if Im in a hurry for fear of being held up.

Good taste unlike other starbucks. Great friendly fast service. Wish I didnt have to drive all the way across town just to find a Starbucks that is open at a decent time in the morning before work.

Ordered a drink w/soy and when my order was repeated, it was not repeated w/soy. I said my order again w/soy and the barista said, "I heard you the first time!" Is it just me or was that rude?
