The service was terrible. I told the server no cheese due to an allergy....when she brought out the cheese on my meal i explained it was a bad allergy....she took to the back and scraped off the cheese and brought the same plate back....I explained my allergy is severe and asked for a new tray.....she brought back my original side dish that was contaminated and a side dish of new beans.....I explained once again that I cannot risk contact with dairy....she took back the plate and brought me to 3 side orders of beans, rice, and on a 3 rd plate guacamole/pico and you guessed it with cheese on it.....I said again I cannot have cheese and ask for a new side without cheese.....she took back to the kitchen and never returned.....i told the mgr and he offered my meal for free which was a nice gesture but by this time all my family was done eating and I still have not begun......the waitress never returned to our table the rest of the evening and we had to get mgr for our check and further service......the mgr brought me out a side of pico after I complained of no guac/pico....i then asked him if I could get some guacamole.......after 30 minutes i finally got the meal originally ordered.......it was the worst dining experience in years. We normally go to Kellerlocation and the service has been great....we only went to Bedford to meet my brother half way.....

Its ok. The decor is bright and cheerful. Rather festive. The service was very friendly and efficient. The chips and salsa...salsa tasty..chips looked like home made puffy Fritos..kind of greasy and bland..they could use a bit of salt. Its nice they bring a container of warm corn tortillas with butter..the tortillas are obviously prepackaged mass produced...but they are served nicely warmed. I had the tamale dinner..food was very tasty and plentiful. My daughter had the beef burrito..huge burrito served with rice and beans. This place is pretty good, but not highly authentic.

Maybe it was an off night, but we had a very poor experience. Our area where we sat smelled like sweat, but the margarita was strong enough for me to forget that. The food was really bad. I got beef enchiladas with queso sauce. The queso or plastic cheese was a joke and the tortilla was hard. The Salsa looked like they poured it straight from a can too. My husband ordered brisket enchiladas and the brisket was so dry he compared it to eating beef jerky. If we didnt have a coupon we wouldnt have gone. Now that we have gone will we never come back. Id rather go to Taco Bell.

The queso was disgusting. I took one bite of it and did not eat anymore. I got the chicken fajita nachos. They werent bad, but 11.00 dollars is quite a bit of money for nachos. The chips I got to go with my salsa were mainly crumbs. The only reason I was there was meeting a group of people for an organization. I really prefer Posados. They are very good. I dont recommend Mexican Inn to anyone. Oh yeah and the strawberry margaritas are way too sweet.

My wifes brisket tacos had a long black hair in it that she had to pull from her teeth. The queso appetizer was forgotten and when I asked the waitress to take it off the ticket, she brought it anyway and charged us for it. They did remove the brisket tacos from the ticket but the manager told us it wasnt hair. Outside of the problems, service was very also very slow. My wife loves Mexican Inn but after tonights episode we wont be back.

Sat at the bar and the bartender was helping a large birthday party. So it made it very hear for her to wait on both...I come here quite frequently and Ive also bartended could not help but notice customers being a little bit neglected at the bar. Understand the young lady needs to make money as well. People had to ask for help and asked if there was a bartender management needs to make sure to bartenders on duty for big parties

Love this place and their food, but they are misleading with how they put things on the menu we asked for some queso they didnt let us know or ask if we wanted the bowl or the small cup so we ended up paying 6.49 (totally ridiculous) for a bowl that we didnt ask for. When we asked and questioned our waitress she looked at us like we were crazy and was kind of rude. Other than that everything was fine!

Was seated at a dirty table. The food was mediocre. My server was not friendly, and had to be prompted to get a refill. The check was dropped before I was even half way through my meal. I was charged for flour tortillas. I asked for a sopapilla, and was told that there would be a charge, and that it was a large order. I wanted just one, so I declined. This was overall a terrible experience.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! I have been here twice and both times the waitresses have changed the tip amount by $5 or $10. When I spoke to the manager they acted as if they could care less. Im sorry, but that is theft is it not.... It shows dishonesty, and this is from the people who bring you your food. If theyll do that most likely they will spit in it too

Ok i have been to a lot of Mexican style restaurants in my time and many have made me leave feeling like something was missing but you guys rocked my socks off hands down great service fast delivery of food and omg the brisket enchiladas with the rancher sauce were to die for. I will certainly be back again and again. And Vanessa our waitress was awesome.

4/30/16 Really disappointed in the quality at this location. Taco shells were so tough I could barely bite through it. Waitress brought another and same problem, overcooked and tough. You shouldnt have to bite through a crisp taco shell as if it were beef jerky. Love the one in downtown Fort Worth and the site on Henderson.

We are here now and the server seemed really disappointed that I am from New Mexico. Also the salsa has no flavor other than tomato paste. The chips are good and the tortillas are good. Either way dont disrespect me. Less tomato please. I want to feel the burn not have a stomach ache.

Mexican Inn has really Lipped in quality and service. My order cam wrong, the. One tortillas served not hot, no hostess so people standing around confused. This is a shame as their queso, corn chips, and salsa are excellent but I cannot overlook the declining service.

Mexican inn is like a Fort Worth tradition serving up their freshly made corn chips and their chicken and rice. This location was clean and had friendly service. The prices may be a tad high but it is good food. Their chicken and rice is definitely worth it
