Chicken Express. how do I love thee? Let me count the ways.... We had a three piece chicken dinner with green beans, a chicken tender dinner with gravy and a biscuit, and finally an order of their hot wings. The fried chicken and the chicken strips were pretty good and very similar to Churchs Fried Chicken. Prices were decent, food was fresh, staff was nice and the place was clean. I would recommend staying away from what they call hot wings though. They were very crusty and dark and didnt have any sauce over them - definitely not traditional wings. The only other thing I didnt like about the place was that they had a very high ceiling and although there were only a few people in there, the voices seemed to carry and even amplify. I would go again but would get the food to go and skip on the hot wings.

I visited the Chicken Express off 620 today. Let me tell you it was a pleasure to dinner there. I have never eaten here for the whole time Ive grown up in Austin being a native. I really appreciated the service I received be the cashier. She was very sweet and made sure we got all of our order. This left me super excited to enjoy my meal which I went in HAM as they say. I got the tenders and wings, which where absolutely what I needed to go with this amazingly delicious sweet tea. Thank you so much Anita!

Chicken Express is always a delicious treat! Fantastic tenders and biscuits! You may wait a bit longer to get your food than at other fast food restaurants, but the food comes out piping hot most of the times! Also, the service is fantastic! Once, I accidentally left $14 in change on my table, and I came by the next day and found that the staff had saved it for me! Overall, Chicken Express takes fast food and kicks it up a notch!

Best customer service Ive ever had. We were greeted and served by an extremely nice cashier by the name of Anita. She had such a positive and friendly attitude. She went above and beyond to accomadate out needs. (We had a fussy one year old) we drove all the way from South Austin to this location but it was well worth it and we will be returning to this location. ❤ Thank you Anita! You were amazing!

Love all chicken expresss and the red packets of seasoning, but a bit disappointed with todays visit! They normally give an extra piece with every meal Ive gotten since 2000, but today it was just the 4 strips. And got the cheese sticks and thought it would be 4 for $1.99, but only got 2. Should have on the board how many to help out. Everything was good, but just a little let down.

First let me say I LOVE chicken. Eat it almost every day so I consider myself an expert. This place is by far the highest quality chicken joint on the planet. Breast are always huge and juicey and sides are fresh and overflowing. I highly recommend to everyone try this place. I would add a criticism if I had one, but I dont.

The food was decently warm and the staff was polite. Interior left something to be desired but it was clean. Not a contender in flavor with the likes of Popeyes but fried okra was delicious. Would have liked to have tried the shakes but machine was broken. Biscuit was kind of hard but a pretty good value overall.

Love it! The biscuits are awesome but probably super terrible for you. The corn nuggets are the best thing. Chicken tenders and then mashed potatoes are so good! Goodness this place is good, wish there were more Chicken Expresses around the Austin area though. Wish they also accepted American Express as well.

The chicken express at four points is phenomenal, the service is 5 star, the resteraunt was super clean, and the food was cooked fresh to order. Great place to take the family on the weekend or if you dont feel like cooking after a hard days work.

Yum yum. This place has the best staff ever. Not only delicious food, but a great big serving of positive attitude too. We have been back at least five times since our first visit. The food is super consistent and so is the positive attitude.

They serve chicken gizzards. It takes a little longer for gizzards because they cook them fresh, about 12 minutes. Good rolls and good food. Very quick service.
