I have only used this service once and the wait time was insane. After working for them I understand why. They give the drivers 2 sometimes even 3 orders at a time, wont even be for the same restaurant. The reason being is the restaurants or the customers are close to each other. Here is the problem if I pick up Firehouse subs then IHOP, the Firehouse will wait in our bags until the IHOP food is done. Which can take up to a hour if not longer so by the time the Firehouse customer gets their food its cold and possibly soggy. Then the customers are upset with the company and sense the driver is working for the company they get to take the fall for it. It effects their lives because the slow services gives them less orders. Which is less tips and if I waited a hour for food to give to someone who doesnt tip, we have to pay the company the tip share difference on the total price! We get paid $5.25 a hr plus tips a order or sometimes 2 takes a hour so if you dont tip we barley cover gas.. but you still pay the company $6.99/$5.99 fee. Its not a fair for the company the employees or the customers. If each employee took one order they would have better service for the customer. If the delivery charge was a bit cheaper they could afford to tip more. And if a 5%/10%/15% tip depending on order and location were mandatory it would be better for the driver. Not satisfied with the way its ran and I would recommend waisting the $6/$7 or more!

Arrrowhead Delivery is a great idea of a service to delivery restraunts that do not deliver, but they cant get it right. My past 3 orders have been late, they already put on an hour or more wait time and still are late. I had a $50 order that was completely wrong and cold, couldnt get anyone to pick up the phone until the next day. Then they refused to give me a refund and gave me store credit, which is the only reason I used them again. I place a timed order for breakfast to show up at 10:30 today and again, late. Called to voice my complaint and they blamed it on the restraunt and gave no discount or anything. THIS will be the LAST time I use there service and I will make sure others know before they go through this wasting there time.

NEVER AGAIN! My first and last time using Arrowhead. The stupid website wouldnt cooperate took an hour and 2 phone call to get an order in. I gave VERY explicit directions on how to find us, just to have 7 phone calls back and forth with the driver. My husband, myself and my 2 neighbors were running around our apt complex in 20 degree weather for 20 minutes trying to catch him. Over 2 hours for ice cold food at jacked up prices and they cant even bring straws for the sodas? Never again!

I had to wait like 30 mins longer than the expected wait time, so like and hour and half but the delivery guy was apologetic and kind so it wasnt a big deal. Plus, I dont believe it is always the drivers fault, probably more to do with the restaurant? Anyways. Id use this service again when without a car but only if I ordered plenty of time in advanced from expected delivery time. I wouldnt personally use this service if I was starving, Id order pizza then.

Great service! Super fast delivery! Not sure what happened to the other reviewers becasue our quotes have always been pretty acurate, and when on occassion they have to wait on our food at a slow restaurant (not their fault) they call and let us know. And the one who said they ordered at 9:18am, they dont open until 10. So you must have selected an advance order (also not their fault) so you should reconsider your review.

Waited two hours just to get a driver assigned, and still received an incorrect item. Apparently the company simply doesnt review the additional notes for customer orders. If you cannot be reached by phone, no attempt will be made to clarify the order or address; no email, no reading customer notes, nothing. Just take your money and wait for the customer to fix the problem. Horrible service.

Very impressed with Arrowhead Delivery! Ordering food was super easy and I got updates on when the driver was at the restaurant, and on the way. The woman that delivered was very nice and professional. She checked my order with me at the door. Food was all there and was still hot. Great business! I will definitely be using them again.

Love this place. The long can be wait or surprisingly short, but it is worth it and usually not too bad. However recent website update changed from optional percentages to a hard (and much higher) amount for the driver tip. You can enter a custom amount, but i think its a bad change.

The number of mess ups and longer than quoted wait times has gone up. I like this service a lot, but feel like maybe they have taken on a bit to much with out the amount of resources needed to run efficiently. Its a great service, but needs improvements now that its bigger.

Waited an hour and a half for a burger to be delivered. Then the driver forgot my drink that came with my order. Will never use them again. They shouldve at least refunded my delivery charge to make up for all the trouble. $5.99 a long wait and no drink, what a ripoff.

Third time they messed up my order. Telling me to use special instructions that I never had to before, apparently you have to ask for sweet and sour sauce with your wontons. They dont even offer an option to order sweet and sour sauce... smh
