4* because I love Starbucks, but maybe should be 3 as I don"t feel theyve got all the kinks worked out yet. I look for this place to be humming along in a few weeks for sure and moving up to solid 4 maybe 5 star. New, so it is clean and all, but they are dealing with training it seems, so slower than usual service and little things like forgetting the espresso in a macchiato, lol. Excited to have this place in Springfield!

This location is inside the newly constructed portion of Kroger. I have not yet had any direct interaction with this location as it has only been open about a day, but I do intend to frequent this establishment once the newness wears off and the lines are less hectic. I will update this review to reflect my future visit(s).

I only drink i get from Starbucks that i enjoy is a peach green tea lemonade. However when i go to this Starbucks no one can never make it correctly unless its Tiffany . Which is a trainer so she is not there on regular basis. I have wasted way to much money there.

Love Starbucks coffee! Cafe Mocha with an extra shot of espresso is my favorite. This location is inside the newly renovated Kroger store.
