My family and I have been to Mi Cancun about 15 times or so over in the past year . I came the first time to have dinner and the beans were over salted the rice was dry and my chimichanga was frozen no fresh! (and it tasted freezer burned!) The service was not very good! The waitress kept forgetting our order and came to our table 3 times with other peoples food! I gave them a second chance a couple of weeks later and had almost the same experience. I swore I would never go back but my fiance and kids love the karaoke on Saturday nights. I have eaten there a three times since my last experience and I have had to send my food back to the kitchen due to it being inedible! My sour cream was spoiled!!!! BAD! WARM!!! This happened on all three occasions!!!! The only good things I have heard from friends and family about this restaurant is they have great margaritas... I dont drink so I dont know about that. But I do know they dont really care for the food or the service either however they over look it because of the booze...lol All I know is if they did not have karaoke we would not ever come back! Which is sad because we spend at least $40.00 when we eat there and we are really good tippers if we get good service! I hope Mi Cancun can take this review as a wake up call !!

My family and I eat here frequently because its right down the street. If we want Mexican food this is where we come! The food is flavored very well and the service (In restaurant) is very good and fast! The only issue we have is when we order take out... You have to always check your order because 1 out of every 3 times we have ordered take out they always end up messing it up. Like for instance if you order no lettuce or sour cream they send it out how it originally comes. A couple of times we didnt notice until we had already got home and they did replace what was messed up. Never had a bad in restaurant experience they are great but just always check your take out.

6 years been going to this place and have seen ownership changed multiple times. Food taste changes too as service. Its up and down for us for this restaurant. Its good enough for casual Mexican food. Always check your take out before leaving the counter. (This is based on experience ordering from them one weekend a month for 5 years). Best time was the ownership 6 years ago. Food was great, service was with a smile always, and they learn regular customers.

Chips are cold not warm. Salsa ok. They only have ground beef or shredded chicken, no steak or shredded beef option for tacos and enchiladas. The ground beef was rather bland. Waitress was very attentive but her English wasnt fluent enough to answer if they had whole beans as an option. 3 stars is about right for this average restaurant...

This little place has won me over. Iver the years they have gotten better and better. Value is best around. Fajitas, quesadillas, chips and salsa, and chimi, always great. Inexpensive, quick, friendly and the meals always come to the table correctly! Highly recommend.

If you want an authentic Chimichanga this is th place to go! Great service with a smile and great Margaritas! Great family atmosphere! The karaoke on Saturday nights is awesome, allot of fun for the whole family!

New owners...as of the last few weeks. Authentic mole on the weekends and homemade tamales. 2 for 1 margaritas during the week...if something is wrong...let them know so they can work to fix it for you.
