I hate to rate this so poorly since when my family and I moved to Lebanon over 2 years ago it was my favorite Mexican restaurant in Lebanon. Unfortunately its been down hill from there. We have been over 25 times and the service is hit or miss. It seems if they arent very busy the service is terrible. On one occasion I waited for 10 minutes to get tortillas after my food arrived while my waitress was sitting at a table no more than 15 feet away talking and laughing with the other waiters. Drink refills can take forever. The flavor of the food has also gotten very bland. On 05/11/17 as my wife finished eating her taco she noticed a COCKROACH sitting a couple inches from her plate on the table. We told the waiter who removed the cockroach with a knife to an unknown location behind the counter. He nor the management ever apologized or gave us any kind of reimbursement. They did not offer to move us or, even clean the table where it had been. Im disappointed in what this restauranthas become and this will probably be my last trip there.

I live nearby and Ive been here a few times and honestly have never gotten good service. Last night was the kicker though which lead me to write this review. My family was seated, our orders were taken, chips were distributed. We never saw our waiter after our orders were taken. It wasnt just my family, I observed a gentleman from another table who needed a refill actually get up and get his own refill. This is actually a common thing with this restaurant as weve been here multiple times. After a good 30-45 minutes, our food never came, so my family and I left while paying for the chips and drinks only. The food here, when you get it, is decent and typical, so I give them that.

Very nice looking restaurant, very good smells upon entering. Then things went bad as soon as we were seated. Had to wait 15 minutes just to order out drinks, the chips and salsa were placed on our table by a really friendly guy as soon as we were seated. Our hostess was Paloma, and to be honest, she sucks as a hostess! Had to wait about 20-25 minutes just to order our food. No napkins or utensils are on our table as of yet, not till after our food arrives, then we have to ask for them. Food was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. La Hacienda is better, by far!! Paloma hardly checked on us at all, therefore only got a $4.00 tip.

Not the best Mexican restaurant we been to in Lebanon. Read where it was suppose to be good , tried it . Never to go back Got mixed fajitas and ended up with chicken only and suppose to have corn tortitoes but ended up none they totally forgot about it till end. Then he was done , would have asked for it but only saw waitress 1 x and drinks and chips were all gone , before meal and buffet was so bland . Save your money

Lets just say, if you are hungry and in a hurry. Dont stop at this restaurant!! After 3 attempts to get our order right, we left. Poor service!!!! Also my feet were stuck to the floor and they were wiping down tables with dirty hand towels. We waited an hour and 15 mins and they still wanted us to wait longer for a 4th time to get a simple order correct.

This place is a joke!! In 20 years my to go orders are Never right! They should just lock the doors!! Dont waste your time and money in here use mangoes. The food tastes good, order is right every time, and less expensive! Just ordered fajitas for two and spent $30 for a container mostly full of peppers that I did not want, instead of meat..

Fun decor and different music which my dad described as salsa music. As for the salsa itself, I enjoyed, but my parents did not. My dad said the chile colorado was mediocre. The filling for chimichangas was good. The tortillas were kind of sweet, though. Overall, it depends on your standards for Mexican food.

Read great reviews so we checked it out. Fajitas were definitely not fresh cooked! Probably off a buffet table in the kitchen. Wifes enchalada looked like it was smothered in some sort of glorified tomato paste. Best I can say is it was clean.

I would give this place 0 stars. I ate there 8/21/16 and got tacos and bit down on a SCREW! I took 10-15 mins to talk to a manager and he didnt do anything about it! They still try to make me pay!! Never will i eat here again!

Fairly standard Mexican food for Nashville, which basically means not that good compated to Arizona. But ok fir what it is. Ths Sunday buffet is decent and the Pico good, but the salsa is not much to write home about.

My family likes to eat at Los Compadres when were in the mood for Mexican cuisine. The kids love the tacos and the chimichangas. Its usually easy to get in and get seated and the service is usually very fast.

Great food! The staff is amazing and makes sure the customer is happy. Prices are Affordable. The best cheese dip and salsa around. I absolutely love the bar that is on Sundays. I go at least once a week.

Food used to be fresh but mostly fried. They have watered down the refried beans to an awful mush. The seafood platter used to be wonderful sampling of seafood but now its all fried and disgusting.

Awful service, food was extremely bland and the meat was cold. Honestly this restaurant has nothing to offer considering its nearby competition. You can get better fajitas from a darn Chillis.

The food was good. The amount of chicken in the fajitas was lower than I expect so Im giving them a 4 instead of a 5. But overall pretty good.
