Please! Please! DO NOT eat there! I see why they make you pay as you enter the door! The food was absolutely terrible, floors were disgusting, and food tasted as if it had been stored in a freezer too long then left out equally as long. The staff while kind didnt seem to understand that the place was a mess and the food was bad. It cost us 60+ dollars to eat in one of the nastiest places I had ever been. My little sister said it was nastier than her elementary cafeteria if that gives you any idea. When we called the next day to complain about the conditions and wanting some form of compensation though eating there again was off the table we were told the manager would call us back...That never happened. I wish I would have read these reviews before going there! Please learn from our mistake and do not eat there unless high prices and disgusting food and atmosphere is something you want to subject your family to!

It was 95 degrees in this joint. Made my husband feel SICK so he couldnt even eat. Plus the food was drying out 5 mins after they put fresh out. The crab salad was WARM (hello thats a NO NO) and when another customer said something about the heat and asked if they could turn the ceiling fans on the manager told him customers dont like the fans on and its hot in there because its hot outside. Also if someone is standing out front offering discounted tickets Ill tell u like this. They want u to buy something for $7000 and a yearly fee of $200 . And read anything before you sign bc woman made us believe we could get it even though only my husband met the age requirement well she was wrong and we wasted an hour driving there and waiting to be called. So dont do it. Just pay the regular cost

With our 10% off coupon, 2 adult buffets cost approx. $22.50...not a bad price had the buffet been good. However, our dining experience at Golden Corral in Pigeon Forge was a complete disappointment. Overall, much of the food looked and tasted like it had been sitting out too long. Although we were able to find a few items on the buffet that were tasty, we found the overall food presentation, temperature, taste, and quality to be GREATLY lacking. I would highly recommend Ryans in Sevierville due to their lower prices; cleaner restaurant; higher quality, better-tasting food; and cook to order steaks included. We will not be returning to Golden Corral in Pigeon Forge, but will definitely be back to Ryans!

Ate there for 20 minutes and never even met our waitress. The others just ignored us, so I had to go fill our drinks. When I left I waited for ANYBODY to tell about this..... Yeah ignored, what Im figuring was a manager due to his near perfect que ball smooth head and dick like features, just swiped his card on the computer as I said excuse me to get his attention after standing there 2 mins infront of this person to tell him my problems with his staff. Welp doesnt just end at the staff being incompetent because the manager was too. Ive NEVER been treated so rudely in my life. Ive tried calling I can never get a hold of the GM.

As I always say, "corral" is the right word. It is certainly crowded, but its that way for good reasons. GOOD: Wide, wide selection. Even compared to other GCs in less touristy areas, this particular location may have just a bit more to choose from. I found the place to be clean and well organized. Even with a long line that filled the queue to enter the place, the line moved fast, my party was seated right away, and we were able to get our food quickly. CAUTION: Its noisy. One must be careful walking around the serving stations as people are whipping around the like rush hour traffic on an expressway.

While this place maybe a good value by default, when I last came, I found nothing that I really liked. Most food also seemed to miss flavor or seemed almost lacking in any appreciable flavors to entice the eater, even the fruit and ice cream (and because I couldnt find something I liked I tried almost everything). Even things I did like like the biscuits seemed to have a strange texture and chalky residue that could turn others off. If you like Golden Corral, you might like this place, but I can in no may recommend it.

Please dont make the mistake of wasting your money here! I am just leaving the place, and I felt it was my duty to warn everybody else. First, a drink was spilled at the front counter long before I arrived, and even though I was helpful and pointed this out to the staff, it was still there when I left! PROS: NONE! CONS: 1 Dirty utensils 2 Horrible stale buffet food 3 Hair in the food 4 Dirty floors and tables 5 Rude staff Go there if you want, but do not say I did not warn you!

It was very busy when we went at dinner time. Sometimes you had to wait for some food to be refilled, but not too long. The food was tasty, and plenty of it. The steak was tender, and you can get it how you like. Service was very good, no problems getting drink refills. Good variety, we will go back. I agree about the pushy time share people being not what you want to deal with when you leave, they were nice enough, but still...come on, is this the only way to sell this stuff?

This place is okay but in my opinion it doesnt have as many choices as the Golden Corrals do in my home state. I expected it to have more in order to compete with the other buffets in the area. Also my primary reason for eating at GC is for their peanut butter cookies. They didnt have them here and a lady working in the dessert section told me they dont get them anymore. She said they send them Sugar cookies now instead. I will not be eating at Golden Corral as often.

GREAT VALUE FOR YOUR DOLLAR FOOD WAS GOOD STEAK WAS SO SO BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT HAD SERVER NAMED LARRY HE SHOULD GET A RAISE- BEST WAITER WE HAD THE WHOLE TIME WE WAS IN TN- GLASSES ALWAYS FULL NEVER STOPPED EXCELLENT WISH WE HAD GOOD ONES LIKE HIM IN MISSISSIPPI!!! AND THE REST OF TN AS FAR AS THAT GOES- ONLY TIME WE AT IN TN EXCEPT AT MILL THAT THE SERVER WAS GREAT!! OH AND FOOD WAS ALSO GOOD!! WELL WORTH PRICE

I wouldnt even give a start so Dont even bother coming to this place ur time wasted unleast u alot of time on ur hands but food ok but could be better always have to wait in line just to get one thing off the bar and there was over 20 people eles was complaining so I wasnt the only one so and management didnt even want to hear what I had to say ( great customer service )) .....Not.... they Suck so stay away!!!!!

The food didnt taste very good like it was overly cooked/burnt and meat had gristle/fat in it. The plates,bowls, silverware looked like they werent washed very good so was my drinking glass that still had sticky soda on the sides almost to the top side outside part. Also the bathroom floor was sticky when ya walked on it like they didnt mop it with clean water just dirty water that they mopped a soda spill somewhere.
