Two stars for today, for promptness of food being delivered. We have been waiting for 55 minutes at this point. Fourth visit today. 4.5 stars for other days. Granted today is Mothers Day, but it like they have forgotten us. Also, tried to call for 15 minutes before we visited and a message repeated "customer not available" each time. Update: food came. Greek omelette mad salty. Wifes omelet was not close to what she ordered and it had tomatoes; she does not like tomatoes and specifically ordered without.

We have been going to big family for some time. We have tried many different items on their menu. The grilled turkey ortega sandwich, the ortega burger, buttermilk pancakes, fresh squeezed orange and salads. The one item that stands out beyond all, is there Huevos Ranchero. This a complete meal in itself. This place is off the beaten path, but once you find it, you wont want to go anywhere else. They have friendly staff members, that care to give you there very best. Thank you all!!!!!!!

Terrible service and bland food. My being there seemed to be a big inconvenience to the waitress as she had better things to do like sit down and talk to friends. As for the food, I believe the management/owner should check to make sure if food is being prepared correctly as everything we had was bland($40 worth of food). Both time and money was wasted by eating at The Big Family Cafe.

This place is amazing. The food is beyond satisfying and the service is great. We found this place by accident, and it was the best accident ever! Please, just go once, and youll understand. I had the French toast, and no where else can compare in terms of portion size, taste, or presentation.

Great service even when they are packed at lunch. My daughter and I love the albacore melt. The wait staff is always friendly and we can get in and out under an hour even during lunch rush. The Spanish omelette is my second choice, but be hungry if you order it.

Wondeful portions, and great options for anyone. I ordered the Cakes and Eggs combo, along with being a huge order, it was one of the best breakfasts Ive had in the last couple years. Highly recommend giving this place a shot. Ill be back for sure.

It took literally 30 minutes just for my orange juice to come out. And then they attended a family of 12 that arrived after us, which is only a family of 6! And when the food came out, it was not good at all. Im sorry but yall, dont come here!

The service was very nice. The food came out quick and the was very good. The bakery item for today was banana nut bread and was delicious! The bakery item is an option if you dont want toast or English muffin. Ill definitely go back.

Hair was found in my my omelet even after I sent it back. The grill needs to be cleaned. The food that was cooked on it had burned taste. Service was not great. We never got everything that was ordered or enough silverware.

Loved the ham, beef, and bacon omelette and the freshly squeezed orange juice was amazing... I probably would have enjoyed the banana bread more if my wife didnt eat it all before I finished my omelette! :-)

5 stars for a non chain diner. Price is fair food is usually really good. I mostly come here for the breakfast burrito. Im not a coffee drinker so I cant speak for their espresso drinks.

Great food thats very affordable, but sometimes the service is a little slow. Pro-tip: just come and relax. Youll get your food, and enjoy it. If youre in a rush, go to Waffle House.
