Great pizza at a reasonable price. Think subway, where you pick the base for your pizza, then can customize your toppings. One thing for those who have a gluten sensitivity, is they are willing to change their gloves for the gluten free crust. It does take a few minutes longer to bake it compared to the regular, but is one of the better if not the best gluten free pizza Ive had. It might have been just how long since Ive had pizza, but they did a really good job. So, if you are in the mood for pizza, especially if you have to eat gluten free, check out Blaze Pizza!

When we walked in the place was busy and there was a little bit of a line. The lined moved very quickly and they have little menus in line that you can look at to design your pizza as you wait. The staff if very friendly and I love that they call you by your name through building your pizza. Very quick service and my pizza was AMAZING. Oh also very cheap..we got two good sized pizzas (6 slices) and two drinks for $20. I definitely recommend going! Ill be back very soon! ☺️

I love pizza and I love blaze BUT there is something off about this location. Other locations I have been amazing! I cant quite figure out what is different but the past 3 times I have visited this location the pizza is not as good and I always get the same thing at different locations so my order is consistent. If you have time drive down the road and visit the other blaze location.

Finally good pizza in West Knoxville! Although the pizza is not wood fired it looks and tastes as if it were. I recommend the simple pie. It is just tomato and cheese but very close to real Italian pizza. And remember: no matter the pizza you order, parmesan belongs with pasta and risotto, not on pizza!

Delicious! I love the set-up, as it encourages me to try new toppings. I also appreciate the open kitchen because it shows that the area the food is made in is clean and that the chefs are hygenic. Overall, Blaze is a nice, modern place, excellent for socializing and dining.

Workers are friendly and helpful and the pizza tastes delicious. The atmosphere is hip yet laid back and very family-friendly. A single meal is around $10, and their signature lemonade is addicting. Great place to go for lunch or dinner. Never disappoints.

Good customer service and a diverse menu that lets you make a very customized pie. Child to order makes sure you have a hot, fresh made pie. Very good fountain drink options such a good juices naturally made and soda sweetened with natural sugar.

I had the Green Stripe, which is a Chicken and Pesto pizza and it is very good. The service here is excellent, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Love the drink options with lots of healthy flavored water options.

This is by far the best way to get pizza. The is the Subway of pizza. You pick exactly what you want on your pizza and the selection is Large! If you do not like the pizza it is your fault for not choosing what you like.

The pizza is great, the prices are amazing, and the selection is huge. Spent 7.95 for an 11" seven topping pizza, and it was fantastic! The staff are also very friendly and the whole place is clean and well lit.

Great pizza, its set up about like a subway with how their toppings is about and you pick what you want, then fast cooked and tatse great. If you never tried Blaze they are definitely worth a try.
