I have eaten Grammas pizza for years and always liked it a lot. When I moved to Milford a few years ago, I thought Great! There is a Grammas real close. But this Grammas is not as good as the other ones I have been to. All I can say is they are skimpy. For example, I always love the Chef salad at Grammas. It is loaded with cheese and meat and is a great side dish with a pizza. But at this Grammas the foam box is only 3/4 full and is skimpy on cheese and meat. I have gotten the chef salad several times from Milford and it has always been disappointing compared to what I used to get from the Owensville location. But tonight I ordered one and the box was only 1/2 full and there was no cheese at all and very little meat and no tomatoes at all. For $6.95 it was not worth it. In fact the whole meal: two spaghetti dinners and a chef salad $25.00 + $5.00 tip (delivered to my door) Was disappointing. I feel that this Grammas could do better especially since they have so many pizza parlors in the area

"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"! I used to live in Batavia and I loved Grammas pizza down there. I havent ordered in years. My mother has never ate there so I offered them as a recommendation. First time she orders from this one she finds a HAIR COOKED IN THE CRUST! She never complains at places so my husband called to complain for her. The ACTUAL OWNER was refusing to give a credit of what she ordered. She didnt want to get back out to get it and all she was offered was today only! So we had to go back in and get it today or we were basically SOL. We shouldnt have to waste our gas and time for ur screw up! If I could give no stars I would! If the owner runs this place like this then I can only imagine how the employees are behind closed doors! BUYER BEWARE!

Besides the fact the pizza is disgusting and service is rock bottom, this same family owns grammas properties who rent apartments to people and then RIP THEM OFF, theyre game is to keep your security deposit and then find a loop hole to sue their tenants for even more money, i have spoke to young couples with kids, and elderly who Gramma has done this too, but dont take my word for it, go to the better business bureau and look them up yourself, i would never support these crooks, you may just be helping kick an old lady out on the street and emptying her pockets at the same time.

This place is disgusting and overpriced compared to other Grammas locations in the Cincinnati area. The very young and inexperienced staff is also very rude and dont seem to care whether you order is correct or not. The owner of this location also doesnt seem to care whether his employees are rude to customers or not, or if the food is done right the first time around. Refund was refused by the owner and told to scrape off next time. Buyer beware of the Milford location.

If I could give a zero I would got cussed at by by the pizza BOY and told to come out tof the street to fight cause I told him to get off my property drove up to the store and the people working... well standing on the phone and put up a finger that guess mentioned hold on. Told the story next thing I know two workers cone up clam to me MANAGEMENT said story again got told to call there boss what a joke never eat there

They forgot to make our order they blamed it on being busy. But when you call in and place a order and are given a time for pick up you expect it to be done within that timeframe. The employee was very rude and was yelling at me like it was my fault. No apologies were made. There are too many pizza options in this area , we will not be going back.

We discovered Grammas Pizza by accident after moving to Milford a few years back and love it! And as a result, our family pizza night is every Friday. Probably our favority part of the pizza is the sauce and breadstick type edge of the crust. Oh, and the service is great as its family owned.

Some of the best pizza in Cincinnati their crust has that crunchy texture like a bagel making it a perfect breadstick and my opinion and their cheese pizza has the most cheese of any other cheese pizzas out there their sandwiches are excellent, all of their food is good.

They delivered me burnt shrimp and when I called about it they want me to bring it up to prove it before they replace it. Not my problem to bring it to you thats why you got paid or do I get to charge a delivery back charge. Place is ran by kids and idiots.

This is the worse pizza ever. Its either all sauce and no cheese. Or all cheese and no sauce. The employees are always goofing off and not doing their job. Its a real joke of a business. The food is disgusting and so is the service.

Grammas pizza is good in general, but this location is especially PREMIUM. We drive a little further because they are so good. Their food just tastes better - particularly the Greek pizza.
