My wife and I went here for our four-year anniversary, and were deeply underwhelmed. The complimentary biscuits were tiny and had no condiments. I ordered Jumbo Skewered Shrimp and I got 9 of the smallest shrimp Ive ever eaten. The server confirmed the portion size of the shrimp was correct - that was disappointing. My wife ordered the Buffalo Chicken Minis Combo, which came as two (very small) chicken tenders in roll-type buns with fries. This meal was definitely not worth the $37 we paid just to get out. It was double what we thought was a fair price for that amount and quality of food. The service wasnt very good either. The server was quick and got the job done, but never made eye contact beyond the bare minimum and was just checking off boxes until wed pay and leave. We felt like the server didnt care at all about giving good service.

The salad bar was good. Hard to screw up when you make your own plate. Bacon was real. Service was average, meaning I had to ask for a refill. I ordered ribs: they are not fall off the bone as stated in the menu. I mentioned that to the server and he said he could bring me something else because they were out of ribs which means they all sucked or I got the trash they refused to throw out. I didnt send them back because you only get one chance per meal to do it right. When I told the manager on the way out, he said I should have said something. I thought I was. Maybe he meant during the meal but I had done that too, just not directly to him. This was a meal for my wifes birthday: not impressed.

Both of us thought the prices were a wee bit higher than other R.Ts weve eaten at. The salad bar was very good, as always. The soup that came with (Cream of broccoli) was very tasty but a little too salty Tom had The Big Dipper appetizer as his entree which he shared with me...yum-o...very good with a nice variety. My old fashion (drink) was made correctly but a little on the weak side...like maybe it sat too long before being delivered and became watered down with the ice...hard to say. By the door walking in, and again while leaving...the smokers receptacle was very close to the entrance...un-appealing to say the least but TN law doesnt dictate the required distance so...hmmm!

I have never been so disrespected in my life by someone who is a manager. Four of us were sitting at a table and it took an hour and a half to get our food not to mention 13 min to get a refill on sweet tea. "Richard" is the manager and he actually gave me free food because I complained about the wait. The other three of my friends had to pay... I told him that I would never come here to eat ever again and his response was "so what, we get thousands of customers a day." There were a total of 12 tables being served at 8pm I doubt they get thousands of people a day. He was very sarcastic and a terrible manager. I do NOT recommend eating here EVER.

New Salad Bar was an added price and had less on it even though tv is advertising more options. They couldnt get my steak right after 2 tries and didnt offer to do anything else for me and still charged me for it! Tried to do the survey online to tell the store and it kept timing me out as soon as I put that i was dissatisfied in my visit! Tried it 4 times! My son and moms foid was good but they were also disappointed in the salad bar options after them upcharging for the bar when they never used to.

I had the half slab of ribs, salad bar, zucchini and squash. Ribs - These were the worst ribs I have ever had. They were WAY overcooked and dry. The meat had sucked up against the bone and was nasty. Zuchini - Not bad. Squash - It was cut up in small strings, like spaghetti. Not bad. Salad Bar - Mediocre, at best. The "ham" was Spam, I think. The server was really good, but overall, it was a bad experience. Next time, Ill walk down to Cracker Barrel instead.

oh it used to be so good. the chicken fresco is just a horrible rendition of what it used to be. the chicken is a small as it comes. the broccoli was 5 small little piece overcooked pieces. the lemon butter was not identifiable by our waitress of the manager. The salad bar was sparce and limp. The manager confided that corporate was ruining there receipts. After 6 years of great food the last two times will be our last two times

I got the Bourbon chicken and it was decent. Wife got the cheese burger sliders and they were really sub par. Mom got the crab cakes. She liked them but for the price, they were under sized. My wife doesnt like coming because her stomach always aches after and all of ours did. We all had the salad bar and it tasted fine but it might be the culprit. Will definitely not spend my own money at this or any other location again.

Wow.... Where do I start. Salad was limp and browning, fruit salad tasted like rotten mayonaise, something on my burger smelled like fish and I had to spit out the 6th bite. Threw out half my sandwich. My husbands burger had no flavor despite the Bacon and bbq sauce. So all together I would save my money and go to mcds. Or go across the interstate, there are a lot of good places to eat there.

Very polite and attentive staff. The triple play was a great sample of shrimp, chicken strips, and ribs. The chicken and shrimp were very good, while the ribs were decent because they were slightly chewy with a slight jerky texture. The mega size beer is basically a mini personal keg. The salad bar had a lot of different and interesting things on it that I would like to try on my next visit!

Food was ok was staying overnight and went to ruby Tuesdays because it was next door to my hotel, got my order took it back to my room got up the next morning poured my drink out to throw it away. It had a long black hair in it which was covered by a lid and Id been drinking it through the evening. Make sure you check a covered lesson learned.

The food was fresh and tasty. We come visit at least twice a month. Sam our server is always cheerful, greets us like we are family. He treats us like we are family too. He is Johnny on the spot with coffee and water refills. It is always a dinning experience when we come in and we look forward to our next visit.

There isnt really seating for larger groups, more than 8. We had to wait 15 minutes due to having to wait on another large group to finish eating. Once we got our seats it was over an hour before our food even got to the table. Food isnt any different than the larger chains in town. Wont be back.

It was a great visit, our waitress was amazing. When she finished serving us, she quit. We dont know why, she was very attentive and great at her job. The food was wonderful as well as the atmosphere. Very clean, tidy and everything in order.
