We frequently go to Pei Wei with our daughter for a quick, consistent, and reliable meal. It began with us being first in line, and several waitstaff continuing to answer phones but not acknowledge that we were there to take our order. After several minutes they took our order. They no longer have lo mein and they were out of the honey seared chicken. We sat down to (previously mentioned) very sticky tables and chairs. When our food arrived, my husband immediately noticed produce labels still on his peppers. A couple minutes later I noticed them on mine as well (a different meal). We returned our food, they refunded part of our meal and the manager didnt act surprised or totally mortified. I get it, its Pei Wei, I dont expect anything more than a consistent, quick meal. We wont be going back again.

The food was very good. I would recommend it from that standpoint. However they are very busy and service seems uneven but not uncaring. The staff seemed tired and a little confused. My wifes order was delayed for a salad. Tables were a little nasty and the floor was foodie. All in all the place was OK management needs to slick out the flow a little however I will restate they were very busy. I will return for the food and hope for a little better service flow.

We are sorry we choice for our eat out night to stop here. No Tuna so the few choice items were not available. The Pei Wei noodles were gummy. The sushi is "pre-rolled so the rice is dry and tough and tiny portion. The service, cashier was pleasant, but the server was quick to say pretty much "Get it yourself ". This was our first visit and we were not aware of how this place was set up.

Inconsistent quality. I eat here a lot but 2 out of 3 meals is a disappointment. They are not consistent with there recipes. Every time I get the sesame chicken its different and varies in texture, the amount of sauce, and the way its cooked due to the lack or over use of designated ingredients. Been eating here less and less and theyve about lost me all together.

This was my first Pei Wei experience and I am not likely to try them again any time soon. The dining room was filthy and none of the employees seemed aware of that. The food was less than satisfying. The beef in my dish was very tough and overcooked. The service was ok but not good enough to overcome other deficiencies.

Ordered a bowl of soup which came out cold and poor quality, the portion was also disappointing. It was as if they took a cup of soup and put it in a bigger bowl. The staff is unfriendly and not accommodating. I used to love going but after leaving disappointed to many times its safe to say I will no be going back.

Quick food, good quality, fair prices and friendly staff. Used a $25 gift card yesterday on a $25.84 bill, didnt have any cash and the credit card machines wouldnt process less than $1 transactions... They quickly just waived the $0.84 so I could be on my way. My food was ready before I sat down.

Usually love this place! But be careful with using take out! I had the honey seared chicken when I got it home it had only a few pieces of chicken, it was drowned in sauce, and the rice wasnt cooked all the way. Just look at everything you ordered before you walk out with your food!

Food is great, love Pei Wei. Service is good, but the restaurant is unfortunately not very clean. The floors, walls of the nooths, table bases, touch screens, pop machines, & kitchen door is grimy. If the front of the house isnt clean, it is hard to think about the back!

This restaurant was dirty... dirty tables and chairs and floors. I wasnt sure I wanted to stay and have lunch. Not sure Ill ever go back and Pei Wei is one of my favorites. Ill probably just frequent Brentwood. Food was okay not as good as the other locations.

I normally really like Pei Wei but this location seems to consistently bring out food thats either cold or seems to have been sitting around a while. The staff has been consistently nice but Ive not found their food to be really consistent.

I love Pei Wei, but this location varies in quality. Sometimes the service is off a bit (not keeping tables clean) but mostly it is fine. Sometimes the kitchen makes mistakes on orders, using the wrong sauce, forgetting an ingredient.

I always place carry out orders via phone at this location. Only once have I arrived at the time they told me the food would be ready to find that it actually was. And on the occasion that it was ready on time, my order was incorrect.

This restaurant is incredibly filthy. Theres food and trash all over the floor and the floor is so slippery with sauce you could slip and fall. If you can get past the sticky table, the food is actually good.
