If I could leave no stars I would. What a nightmare this place has become. My son is autistic and so he loves repetition. Red Robin is his favorite restaurant. Over the past year or so this place has really gone down hill. Forgetting orders. Bringing out the wrong orders, etc... But tonight was the final straw. THEY FORGOT MY SONS BIRTHDAY. I told the server when we arrived we were there celebrating his birthday. I reminded her again. And again. No one really wanted a dessert. We had just eaten cake earlier that morning at his party. Plus he is not really a sweets kind of kid. He loves fries. I told her to charge me anyway but just do the whole song for him. We watched another family get their birthday song and ours never came. We waited and waited until the baby started crying to go home. Then we had no choice but to leave. I can forgive a lot of mistakes but this was it for me. I planned his perfect day for months to have it all ruined by a server who wont do her job. It may have been her 100th time to sing it but his little heart was crushed. And being he is AUTISTIC, he fixated and cried on the way home that red robin doesnt like him. Thanks Red Robin for crushing my little boys feelings on his birthday.

Typically Red Robins everywhere are very dependable, however, this location seems to really be struggling - especially at dinner. The wait staff are friendly but always rushing around like they are short staffed and the kitchen is INCREDIBLY slow. Last week we were sat immediately but werent greeted by a server for over 10 minutes. I finally made eye contact with a manager who sent someone over. Food is typically the same quality as the others but my kids have been served spoiled milk at this location. They never seem all that crowded but weve just had poor experience after poor experience. Location on Germantown Road in Germantown/Cordova is on par with other locations and offers a more enjoyable meal.

If you like $15 burgers this is your place. The interior resembles a Chilis or Applebees. So think super corporate and impersonal. The picture menu makes the burgers look fairly decent. But the actual meal is a completely ordinary burger. The epic bacon in the pictures is really just Walmart flat, fatty bacon. Very disappointing. Like most corporate chains in Memphis the service was bad. Completely disinterested. Thankfully we could swipe our card at the table - because the waitress never came back.

While Hueys is our favorite burger joint around, RR delivers a consistent experience across the chain, and have some darn good food. I generally go with the chicken sandwiches here, particularly the California Chicken sandwich...one of my favorite. Service can be hit or miss (depending on the server...shocker, I know) especially when busy, but overall, one of the places we frequent. Right by shopping, making it easy to spend a ton of money :-)

I am Jim. Went for new Jim beam burger Free with the promotion. Burger overdone, not alot of taste. When we went it the place wasnt busy. Took 30 min for our food. After we were through took 15 min to get our bill. I have been to red robins in other areas and the food and service was much better. Our bill was OK with the free burger, but prices are steep for what we got. almost 10 bucks for a burger and fries?

Asked the difference between a regular shake and the "Monster" shake (need it to go). Server said the regular will fill up 2/3 of the to go cup. Monster will fill it up. I go for the monster. It comes and its less than half full and whipped cream to 2/3 full. Wish I could add a picture of this sad thing. Very Disappointed. I did not say anything and I tipped very well. Negative review though.

Sever sucked big time only three tables seated at the time I arrived and there was one other server waiting on tables and the service was still slowwwww food was cold and endless fries really sucked hard old and cold fries Burger cold and Bun crumbled at the touch of it will never go to this establishment ever again Ask for manager and of course he never came this business sucks

Did not enjoy my experience last night. Our waitress was peeved at every request, and didnt even try to accommodate my child when she only received one serving of the bottomless side items, she just said were out of it, and that was it. Service like this is unacceptable. Will NOT be patronizing this establishment again!

A lot nicer than the Germantown Road location on the inside. Floor felt slick to walk on. Ordered the Big Fiery Ghost burger, received the Fiery Ghost Tavern double (smaller and less expensive) but was still charged for the more expensive burger :c Very few local beers on draft at this location too :c

Service is very slow. Waitress slow with helping and everyone just standing around.people that was seated before us was served first and I watched as our food set on the counter before someone decided to bring our ord er to us. Very very bad customer service.

Our hostess was an excellent server. But before I ordered my salad I distinctively asked what type lettuce would bè on the salad and was told romaine. I instead was served iceberg lettuce!

The fries were cold twice. my wife ordered a burger well done it was pink. The new gourmet burger is not worth the extra price, unless you like a fancy bun.
