First off, please stop the horrible commercials about your inedible breakfast. Its the worst thing Ive ever eaten, aside from your chicken sandwich/laxative. The ribs... remember the ribs? WHAT HAPPENED TO THE RIBS? Who was RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RIBS?! ...thats the real question... instead of wasting money on the WORST commercials EVER, you should do some research on TRYING TO MAKE AN EDIBLE PRODUCT, not ENGINEERING some addictive, fat laden, high profit margin SLURRY to slop the human livestock with! The service has been sporadically acceptable with ranging from mediocre to "I wish I could jump the curb and drive away!"...

Drove up to the drive thru at 11:50 p.m. on Saturday the 20th of May 2017 with two cars ahead of me and they give their order, when I pull up to place my order... Thats right, silence, so like a fool I wait for ten minutes without so much as a peep from the squawk box; so I pull around and the drive through windows light is now turned off, but I see a couple of employees duck into the back. If the vehicle in front of me was the cutoff why the lack of common courtesy to tell me that?

I just went through the Drive-thru of this Burger King to get some breakfast on my way to work. I had a rather simple order. The main part was two Cheesy Bacon Wrappers. Neither of them had the Bacon or Cheese... Now I know that the lower the pay-scale, the lower the quality of service, but to forget the main thing in the wrap that is hard to believe!! I have tried several times today to call and talk to the Manager about this, but they do not answer there phone.

The staff is constantly hurried and as a result delivers very poor customer service. They frequently make mistakes at the drive through window and are very accusative when you inform them of THEIR mistake. Recently, I was given the wrong food in the drive through and came inside to collect the right items. The manager on duty continued to ask the cook to rush the drive-thru window and counter before he got to my request.

The manager (black woman) is a moron. I ordered coffee with my meal and the girl gave me a large cup. So I made my own coffee at the drinks area and added cream and sugar. I sat at the table waiting for my number to be called. Moron manager comes out and grabs my full coffee cup out of my hands and loudly says I paid for a small coffee. Then hands me an empty cup.

I brought my Father here for years. This location made him a King. Brought my son today first time since Dad passed. Hands down the best fast food staff in the area. Friendly and good, affordable food. Son rates, "most excllent". Most fast food is punishment in the area. Dine here for a break.

I love the chicken salads here. Ive been eating pretty healthy lately, so I generally dont ever get anything besides the chicken salad when I am hungry and didnt bring my lunch to work with me. I never get the drinks or fried foods, so I cant really comment on those things.

Worked here for 3 months and hated it. There is no type sequential order in this store. I saw multiple bugs while working here, the kitchen wasnt well kept, and the Management was rude and uncaring. WOULDNT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO WORK OR EAT HERE !!!!

This place needs some work. The food was ok, but they messed up my order. My biggest pet peeve is when they make you pull forward when there are no cars behind you, and no other orders came in while I was waiting for my order.

I have been having a problem with the burgers being hot. I love these burgers, but I like my food to be served with good heat, not Luke warm. Their staff is always friendly, and love their food, at the prices the offer them at.

i got there at 11.45p having a taste for flamebroiled. they said the grill was shut down and recommended the white castle, or steak n shake down the road. i couldnt believe it. what terrible customer service
