Husband ordered the Royal Red Robin Burger and it was partially cold. Server never even asked how he wanted it (he had to bring it up). He had a Signature Silver Patron/Ultimate Margarita and it tasted watered down. Kids all had pizza with fruit. The pizza was all cold. Like, sitting for awhile cold. Didnt even feel warm in the slightest. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Burger. Probably the only good that came of our visit. It was warm, but not warm enough to feel like it was just made. I figure my food was the last to finish and then it just sat there as all our food got cold. I ordered a Freckled Lemonade (and so did my middle child) and it was watered down lemonade. Wasnt even red like the drink is suppose to be. Literally looked like water with some strawberries thrown on top. We had our server replace the two drinks and she literally brought back two drinks that looked exactly the same. Very disappointed. My eldest and youngest had milkshakes which tasted good. Nothing wrong there. Wait time was a bit long, but nothing unusual for us. Our Server was decent, nothing special. I believe they were understaffed though. Lots of empty tables, which didnt make sense with the long wait time. We love Red Robin, but this one we will never go back to. We are going to try another one thats a bit further from this one, but hopefully is better.

We waited & waited. Ordered 1 soda and waitress only brought waters. I asked that it be credited but my check had the soda on it that we didnt receive. They were out of a common draft beer. Bottomless fries were a joke. We spent over 2 hours at Red Robin & waited a very long time for the second batch of fries. Initially you do not receive many fries so you want the next round but good luck getting them. Good luck getting the waitress, Courtney, to pay attention to your table too. There was a friendly man who delivered our food. I think things would have went better if he was our server. He was on top of things. We were so very disappointed that she didnt care that we were not happy either. It took over 10 minutes just to correct our check. Our drinks ran out completely, no ketchup, incorrect bill, slow service, not happy. You decide if this is what you want before heading to Red Robin.

Got an avo-Cobb-o salad....uh no avocado on it. The name has avo in it and the description said and of course avocado....nope none! We were a little pressed for time after that 35 minutes or so we waited for the food. Wasnt and didnt have time to send it back for another salad or wait for them to bring and add stuff. The burger our table got the top bun was hard. Even our waiter came over and said boy you must have just hated that burger....ha. Our waiter was also the bartender. It was the first time at this location and probably wont be back. $35 for a regular ole salad and nothing too fancy about the burger. The sauce for the fries was good and that was probably the best thing. There were no "bottomless fries" if there was supposed to be ....they were never filled never asked and never addressed and brought out for more. Ive had worst experiences. But this wasnt a great one

I decided on Red Robin because it was nearby and Ive been before on a Saturday afternoon and it wasnt too busy. However during my most recent visit it was awful. We waited about 10 minutes for a table and about 1 hour for our food. I ordered the nacho.m.g and a blue moon. The nachos were ridiculous; cheese on the bottom, very little meat, and about one tablespoon of both sour cream and guacamole on top. The meat was clumpy because it was cold. My date ordered a Coke and double burger. He said the coke was flat and the burger was cold. Thankfully we could pay at the table just to get out of there quickly! Next time Im in the area Ill choose the burger joint nearby as its about the same price for half the hassle.

I ordered the restaurants "finest" burger Smoke and Pepper and was very mediocre if that. I ordered it medium and it was well done and the burnt taste overtook the entire taste of the burger. It lacked very little taste and was a below average burger, not to mention the burger cost $13.50. My wife ordered the Black and Bleu Burger and stated that it was very average and not worth $14.30. With the kids meal we ordered for the kids we walked out with a $36 dollar bill. Prices are way too high for below average food. The bathrooms were filthy with trash laying all over the floor. Felt bad that my little girls had to use the restrooms at this place. Will never go back.

I got the turkey wrap, which had turkey, mayo, tomato & lettuce. I requested the bacon on the side. It came out smaller than I expected it to be for the price, and it was served with a side of an army of ants. They were crawling all over the wall next to me, the table, and I counted five crawling on my legs, arms, and hands. A manger came over after we said something to the waitress a few times. Appetizers were removed from the bill. As I am glad they werent in my food, I think if this has been a problem as they claimed they were getting fixed, they should not serve people in spots where insects may potentially get to the food they consume.

I love Red Robins food, been to many other locations but first time at this one. Seating was within 15 minutes, took another 15 for our drink order, another 15 to get our drinks and order. Then it took an hour after our order to get our food (2 adults, 2 kids). They said they were waiting on our sons side salad, which we didnt get until after he ate his burger and our food wasnt the warmest. Service wasnt great but didnt want to be the one to complain. Will go to a different location next time.

The burgers at RR are always good, and the fries always bottomless. Our server, Jessie, was amazing on this visit, the best Ive had in a while, and we eat out a lot. RR servers often let the kitchen staff bring out the food. Not Jessie. She made sure she brought out our food as soon as it was ready. Ive waited 15 minutes for a side of campfire sauce before, but Jessie had it out in 30 seconds. Amazing service. Other servers could learn a lot from her.

This was my second visit to Red Robin and I was really looking forward to it as my first experience in Red Robin Chesterfield was amazing. The foodtook forever to come. They could not find the hot sauce so they applied Mayo to my burger I described them how the sauce looked and the spice level I guess this branch does not carry the spicy sauce. Second round of garlic fries took over 30-40 mins to arrive.

We have enjoyed this place but the last couple of times we have been shocked. Dirty restrooms. Dirty dininh rooms. Staff was unattentive and un-enthusiastic. As we left, an employee crossed my path, no "excuse me". Another passed and looked down at a wrapper and just kept walking (probably shouldve picked it up, he does work there after all). Just a let down here. Rewards...forget it.
