Inexperienced staff, long wait times and cold food. This place needs some experienced supervision and training,a lot more training for the employees. Used to come to Krystal years ago, sure has changed, for the worse Im sorry to say. As with a lot of fast food restaurants these days the management and employees are just going through the motions for a pay check, no pride in their work out respect for their customers. If you have to eat here so be it but you can do a lot better elsewhere.

I ordered a sweet tea, and they laughed after I drove 10 min to have my order corrected... knowingly they had laughed at the fact that they gave me an unsweet tea. Their response was, oops, my bad. It is more so the younger kids who had the response. Not to mention a teenager sitting on the counter in the kitchen in her sweatpants laughing. Awful place... unprofessional.

I enjoyed my trip to Krystals. The little burgers and chicken sandwiches were surprisingly filling. The employee that took my order, a taller young lady, was very polite and patient with me. I had no clue what I wanted when I walked in aND she did a fantastic job of coaching me through the menu right before she made my food fresh and in a speedy manner.

Where is the supervisor? Training? If you put on gloves but continue to touch food and money that is unsanitary. GM should be ashamed of the team he has working here. Obviously no one watches cameras to see the poor level of service coming from the kitchen but eh I forgot good food and service does not matter anymore....right ezzy?

We work all over the south. This is possitvelly the worst Krystal Ive ever been to. A waist of time to try and eat here. At anytime! Oh and what is with the girly guys working there. Its sickening! Really!!! Women dont even act this girly ! Geez!! Got to be costing dearly to stay open! Shutter down!!

Not only did i wait 15min in drive thru for 12 krystals and 2 fries I was the only car btw there was a bug in my daughters drink and they dropped my food and served it to me when I requested a refund I was refused and door slammed in my face. A disgrace to what used to be my favorite fast food

The people taking the orders messed my husbands order up. He ordered 4 simple chicken sandwiches for breakfast and he ended up waiting for ten minutes because the people behind the counter forgot to put his order in. Would not go back here. Very rude service people, inattentive employees.

I drove 10 mins to get here because i havent had a Krystal in long time, it was 11:45pm. the guy tells me there close for cleaning. How come the door not lock or a sign in front are something on there webpage about closeing for cleaning. Thanks alot Krystals, I went to Macdonalds instead

We drove over 1/2 an hour to get there to be told that they dont have any french fries and wings. I cant believe that a company like that runs out of french fries. The manager needs to be fired for this there is no reason for that

Horrible service.... had to get a refund. After waiting 35 minutes for a small order of chicken burgers. Served the people after me but did not even apologize for missing my order just rudeness! The manager standing right there!
