Everything about this place is AWESOME!!!! My husband and I have been going here for years and wouldnt dare waste our time or money anywhere else. Even though sometimes when its very busy you will have to wait for a table but its well worth it. Its a fun place to go to wether your on a date with your special someone or a group of friends. I promise you wont be dissapointed. They never fail to amaze us with new beers, food, and specials. They even reward you for drinking. My husband is doing the world beer tour. You recieve different prizes throughout the tour, for example after you have accumulated 10 beers and they have been added to your card you will recieve a deck of Old Chicago playing cards, after 25 a watch with a compass, 40 a bottle opener and so on with prizes ranging from t-shirts, travel mugs, cooler, etc. And then once you have reached the goal of 110 beers you get your name on the "Wall of Foam" :). They also do mini tours throughout the year for holidays and seasons. The staff is amazing. We have made many friends from hanging out there. I recommend there server Joe. He is awesome. Very friendly and takes excellent care of you while your there. So dont just take my word for it....go check it out and see what you think.

This was my first experience at a Old Chicago and I have to say it wont be the last. Upon arriving thankfully we got there before they got a waiting list. Randi(female) went to go seat us. She was going to seat us at a high top but I dont care for them so I asked for a booth which she provided for and said she it would be just a moment since she wasnt sure if the waiter was available. My husband and I were in no hurry since we were celebrating our anniversary. Within a minute she returned and informed us she would be our waitress. From the moment she sat us to them time we left she had a smile on her face. Extremely attentive to our drinks and food which in my book is great. We both ordered the Chicago 7 mine was the tavern thin crust individual (loved it), his was a calzone (he agrees) and a salad (Caesar-sauce was thick which i personally like). Before leaving I still had to do something for our anniversary that we could remember. For this one if Randi your reading this you rock!!! She lowered the music and I began to give the many reason why I love my hubby and thank him for putting up with my s**!. Truly a memorable dinner.

Poor Service. We went as a group of 10 and opted for the pizza buffet option. All of us prefer to eat either veggie or chicken pizza. There was only one option of veggie pizza at the buffet and we order 2 chicken pizza (speciality) to our table. When we tried to order for one more chicken pizza for the whole group, the waitress said wait a minute and left. We felt it to be rude. After few minutes, we were told maximum of only 3 speciality pizza can be ordered including one veggie pizza which was already served in the buffet counter and denied our order. In all our previous visits, we used to get cookies along with our check, this time nothing was given (Later, we requested and got it). The associate at the entrance/exit never greeted or smiled, we felt it to be very odd at restaurant. We will not come back again to this place and also will not recommend to others. Our wait time to get seated was about 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon 12:45PM.

Service and food from out waitress was excellent, however, I mistakenly left my debit card there. When I realized I didnt have it that night, I called the restaurant and the manager answered. I asked him if anyone had left a card there that day and he said, "no." I thanked him, but decided to head there anyways to see if I could speak to anyone who might care a little more. Im glad I did, because I talked to a waitress that went to the back to check the safe. The manager then came out and asked for my name, and told me he would check. Of course, it was there. I realize its my fault for leaving my card, but I expect the manager of a business to show a little more willingness to help their customers. Im just glad I actually went inside the business and asked them face to face, instead of having to call and cancel my card, wait for a new one, etc. I wont be giving my business to OC anymore.

Pizza was awesome!!!! But only when ordered off the menu! Stay away from the buffet if you dont want so/so pizza. The pizza i ordered off the menu reminded me of how pizza places used to be. I had the chicago 7 chicago crust style. My wife had gotten the pizza buffet and was saying how good the ale crust was, but when my pizza came and she tried it she realized that the amount of cheese used on pizza at the buffet was so much less than on pizza ordered off the menu. One daughter also got the buffet and she liked it. Doesnt take much to impress her, shes 9 and doesnt remember "good" pizza before mass production took over and everyone looked for every corner they could cut. My older daughter ordered a calzone and loved it. I tried it and it was good! Ill definitely go back, but except for the 9 yr old we wont be ordering the buffet

Just like every other restaurant in the area. Horrible service, wait forever for your drink when your the only table in there. You feel like your rushed to leave from the moment you walk in the door. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the food is delicious (wait time is another horrible) thing). Went the 1-21-2016 we were the only table there, but waited 13 minuets for our 2 sodas and a water??? Sooooooo many employees just standing by the front door. Unacceptable. OC just lost a customer. Also, wasnt told it was still lunch time at 4:00 p.m and was given a separate menu that had next to nothing on it. Portions were way smaller and yet the same price as the dinner menu

Busy weekend night in Clarksville and we decided to try out this place. Got seated in the section with the best seat in the house. Great view in front of the bathroom. Sat for 10 minutes and several wait staff just continued to walk past us without even taking our drink order. I had to go back up to the front and ask the hostess that seated us to get someone over to get our order. Finally someone showed up and the lame excuse that was given was.... This section was closed and the waitress wasnt there yet. Bad service and food was at best OK. Again... Army town restaurant where they think they can treat you like trash and still run a business.

Keeping it short and to the point... the food is generally ok here (their salads are on point), service is about average (the employees are always good mannered and polite just busy), prices are good, the one thing that kills me about this place is how crazy busy it gets... dont get me wrong that usually a great sign for a business but Im not down down for waiting an hour for a table. I like to go here on off hours (i.e. Sunday evening or a weekday afternoon). The crowd here is family friendly and in the older region of the age spectrum. Definitely worth checking out.
