I am tired of placing a order so that I know my food is fresh then standing in line so long to pick it up that its cold when they hand it to me. They put ordered food on a rack rather than a warmer so while you wait and wait and wait for your turn in line your pizza is getting cold and nasty. Tonight I ordered pretzel bread with my pizza, I asked for extra salt. Instead of baking me fresh bread and putting extra salt on it the guy just poured salt into my bag. I opened the bag to see if any salt actually stuck to the bread and the bread was hours old. The piece I pulled out to show him was so hard I couldnt even break it half. I showed the manager and she did nothing. 12 employees plus a manager and the only person working was the guy at the register. I expect a "im sorry" at the very least for unacceptable service like this. Instead the manager just gave me a dirty look like I was inconveniencing her.

MAD AS HELL YOU SHOULD BE TO IF YOU ORDER A PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION AND YOU WANT IT HOT IT WILL BE SITTING ON A RACK COOLING OFF TILL YOU GET THERE TO PICK IT UP AND LETS JUST SAY YOU LIVE 20-25 MINS AWAY IT WILL BE ICE COLD BY THE TIME YOU MAKE IT HOME I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON THIS LATER THIS WEEK ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO ADD WHEN I CALLED AND TALKED TO BETH THE STORE MANAGER AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THIS IS THERE PRACTICE I SAID I GUESS I NEED TO TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE SHE DIDNT GIVE A DAM AND SAID OK MOST PLACES WANT YOUR BUSINESS

Bad if I could have not given a stat at all I would have done so . Tonight I went in to get a pepperoni pizza, the nice young man at the court handed me a pepperoni pizza or so thats what it was marked on the box . By the time I got home after working all day and driving an hour plus to and from . I open up the box and it is a sausage pizza .

When you are standing at the counter and you see 4 employees in the back one manager who is working she walks up to the counter and I ask if there are any hot and readys available she says" I will get to you when I get to you" and walks back to the back. NO you wont because I will not be back.

Worst customer service ever, waited almost 30 minutes for a hot and ready because the 6 people that were working were in the back talking and then asked for an extra fork and was told no I didnt need one, then she walked away. If it was possible to get no stars I would.

I love the pizza itself but the most unprofessional and unorganized staff Ive ever seen. They have 15 high school kids working at any given time yet nothing is made on time. I call in my order and wait 15 minutes past the time they tell me and it still isnt finished.

Stopped today and tried ordering the smokehouse Pizza that is still on their advertising board. I was told they were not doing it anymore. Did not like the way I was treated. Will reevaluate locations I go for pizza.

I came in for the Hot and Ready deal but they never have any ready. You have to wait. Isnt the Hot and Ready deal focused on NOT WAITING!? Too many white kids that think they are gangstas work there too.
