The food is good here, but the service is always lacking. There are usually two or three people behind the counter. Usually the person taking your order is working the hardest making your pizza. In the middle there is a salad or dessert station, but no one is ever standing there to make your salad or dessert. You then get down to the checkout line and theres always Mass confusion on if you want a salad or dessert with your meal since no one is maning that station. This happens everytime Im there. If the staff there would fix this confusion and lack of flow I would rate this place five stars.

Fresh ingredients but the experience could have been better. Ordered a chicken carbonara pizza and wasnt told about the "suggested" dough types. Wanted hand tossed but was given flat bread instead. The associates behind the counter did not care in the slightest about customer satisfaction and as soon as the customers were gone so were they. No employees to be seen. All this would have recieved 4 maybe 3 stars but to top it all off the place was a dirty mess. Maybe one day i will come back and give it another shot but my first impression was far from acceptable.

Not a bad franchise concept. Custom built pizzas with heathy choice options and decent salads. Dont expect gourmet but for the price and the fact they are made to order you know your pie will be fresh. Gluten free crust is an option. The parking situation is horrible here with Panara/Moes/SportsClips. During lunch and dinner rush especially crazy - off hours not so bad.

Could not have been more disappointed with my experience I believe I smelt employee scent of marijuana in the mans breath that served me and the scent was in the establishment definitely will not go back to this "trap house" anytime soon to many potheads for my taste...

The food is good and there are plenty of good options to choose from. However the service continues to get worse, every since the change in management, it is always cold in the building and the music can be extremely loud.

Came with kids for a new experience, but the employees were extremely impatient with kids when they choosing their pizza. Plus I saw employees smoking that awful sinful marijuana in the parking lot. They should be fired

For 30.00 I could have got a better pizza from woodys and I know the customer service would have been way better. My 12 year old son dropped his pizza and all the cashier did was laugh at him. Highly disappointed!!!

Stopped here because I had a great experience in Colorado. Staff unfriendly and bickering. Pizza came out cold. Restaurant was a complete mess... No one had cleaned in hours. Embarrassing.

My hard to impress husband thoroughly enjoyed it! We decided to stop by on a whim. I can honestly say it was very enjoyable, not crowded and we will definitely be going back!

Pizza is good and fast, but the owner really should establish some dress, grooming, and hygiene standards for his employees. Wont be back solely because of the hired help

Pizza was okay, I like that each kid can get whatever they want on their own personal pizza. Kids meals came with drinks, smaller pizza and dessert and was good value.
