I have been ordering at this restaurant for years. However after today I will never again order from them. Lets start off with the fact my husband ordered the boneless ribs ($5.50) The person at the register checked off Spare ribs ($10.99). They were rude on the phone and danced their way out of providing compensation...with a lie. The girl says my husband wrote down Large spareribs and that is what he got. Then I told her to give me her cell number and I will send her a picture of the "boneless ribs he got and ordered. She then says no He ordered Large boneless ribs and that is what he got...lol First ..Let me add now that I have ordered the $5.50 boneless ribs and that is what I got! Second...My husband did not write anything down , he would not have been bothered, seeing that he had a written list from me. Third he read the list exactly as I wrote it because he KNEW there is only 1 size of Boneless Ribs on their menu. ...I will NOT Order food from this restaurant Again, because they replace Quality Customer Service with LIES, Dancing around the Truth, and allowed their 13 year old teenage daughter mouth off to me on the phone! I find ALL of that Disrespectful!!

I called them last night around 9pm because me and my boyfriend had a random craving for their food. She said they just closed but she could take my order anyways. So sweet! I was going to decline so they could go home but she insisted that it was okay so I went ahead and ordered. When I showed up to pick up my take out order she came from the back smiling really big. She was so nice and so were the people up front. She even complimented my hair haha. I dont know, it was just a really good experience for me. She could have been mad that I made them stay over but they still greeted me very kindly. Ill definitely be eating here more often now. Plus, my shrimp fried rice and fried dumplings were AMAZING!

Called and placed a to go order and the female on the phone just said "Ok" and hung up. Didnt read my order back, didnt give me a total, didnt even give me a time frame. Thankfully the order was correct but after giving them the standard 35 minutes it was cold when I got home less then 5 mins later. Food was mediocre as well but I guess you get what you pay for.

Dont attempt a phone call (no communication) & unreasonable shrimp substitution. $30.38 for 1 appetizer & 2 lunches. WTF. Lunch is supposed to be $5.49, but even after I asked them, 3 separate times, to just up-charge me for the shrimp, both cook and cashier shook their heads no and said to sub 1 lunch from chicken to shrimp would be $30. I did not eat here.

Went there on Aug 1st and my order came to $6.55. Since it was to go, I felt no tip was needed. They added a tip without my permission, I only signed saying they could take $6.55 out of my card. Only ordered an order of fried rice & it took 10 minutes just to get it. That is the 1st and last night I will ever eat there.

Restaurant was filthy (bathroom was awful). If we would have seen the filth before ordering, we would have left and went elsewhere. Food was bland at best. Ate here many years ago and it was wonderful but unfortunately, this is not the restaurant it used to be.

Chicken is hard, noodles and veggies seem theyve been sitting around and a nasty old oil taste to them. They had wilted lettuce on my shrimp! Wouldnt recommend!

Fried dumplings tasted awful...almost burnt "inside", egg rolls were burnt, sesame chicken tasted like it was old...most of it was not edible for me.

Ordered three lunch specials at almost 8 dollars a piece food was not good. Chicken waa hard and inedible. Definitely will not order again.

Nothing to write home about. The food is not very fresh. Vegatables seem to have been sitting around for days. Average chinese food.
