I just had a horrible experience with this place. I ordered almond chicken with shrimp fried rice, beef and broccoli with shrimp fried rice, and 2 egg rolls and had them deliver it to my home. Once I received the food I opened my almond chicken and the substance formally known as chicken looked really weird. It was really white and gooey with a weird consistency. Nothing about it resembled chicken. I called Chopsticks to tell them about it and the man that I spoke with said that the reason the substance was white was because the "chicken" had been steamed. Now, Ive been eating chicken all my life and regardless of how you cook a chicken it will never be white. I initially told them I wanted to trade it out for shrimp fried rice, but the more I looked at the substance I didnt feel safe about any of the food. I packed everything up, called them back and asked them to give me my money back. This time I spoke to a woman. I guess she was irritated with me calling back because she began yelling at me as soon as I said my name. I tried to speak civilized with her to ask her if they wanted me to bring the food back to them, but she was yelling at me so loud that she couldnt hear what I was trying to ask her. I got tired of her yelling at me and the conversation was getting nowhere so I hung up the phone. I decided to go to the restaurant in hopes that we could speak in a more civilized manner. When I got there I began my conversation in a respectful way and she began yelling at me again. The man came out as she is yelling and I tried to speak with him, but he kept speaking over me every time I tried to make a statement. These people were so rude and disrespectful when I simply wanted to explain that I didnt want any trouble, they had no right to disrespect me, and I want my money back, but both of them continued to yell at me. Then the man tried to explain himself saying that because I called multiple times they were frustrated. I told them that it didnt matter if I called 16 times in a row. If I spoke to them with dignity and respect they should do the same for me, especially since I am the customer. I was so angry with the whole experience that I had to walk out and let my boyfriend finish getting the money back. Im going to see about reporting this substance formerly known as meat to the FL health administration. Please do not waste your time or money with this place. They have no customer service skills, they know nothing about professional conflict resolution, and they are trying to serve their patrons mystery meat!

Always saw this place from the road for years and figured it was about time to give it a shot and see how it was( a. chinese restaraunt in the Brandon area open till 12 AM is rare, so had to investigate) . Ordered General Tsos, sweet & sour chicken, and egg rolls. Started muching on the egg rolls, they were alright, started on the sweet and sour & general tsos; the sweet n sour sauce was "ok" and the chicken was average, but the general tsos was just soaked in sauce to the point where it was a rubbery texture ( in my opinion, its supposed to be crunchy and a little spicy; this wasnt). Overall, its a typical below average restaurant. This place has the potential to have better food and a greater amount of clientele, (especially being right off of 60). I just dont see the effort in the food or the place. Its a shame.

Gross. We have ordered pretty average Chinese food from this place for years. Its just O.K., but they deliver. However tonight the wraps they delivered for the Mu-shoo Pork were MOLDY. When we called to complain they wanted to argue that it couldnt be mold because they keep them in the refrigerator. Instead of being horrified that they delivered food that was MOLDY to a longtime customer they wanted to argue with us. We were so grossed out we threw out the rest of the food. Who knows how they handle the rest of their food if they think MOLD cant grow in a refrigerator? We also contacted the state and put in a complaint. I dont know what will come of that, but we certainly wont order food from this place ever again. Absolutely disgusting.

Ordered a delivery tonight at precisely 7:30 pm. At 9:15 I called the restaurant. They said my food is on its way. Long story short...they never showed. I called and spoke with the owner and she did not want to address my complaint whatsoever and hung up on me. Probably a good thing they never showed as their food is mediocre at best and I found a much better Chinese restaurant called Ling Express on Bloomingdale. Actually the best Chinese yet at Ling Express Ive found since moving to Brandon 4 years ago. Ive had issues before with Chopsticks so why I would even consider them again is my own fault I suppose. NEVER AGAIN. And to the rude owner......Nah, Im not going to write such horrible words

After being in the mood for some Chinese food I thought Id give Chopsticks a try and I must say it was the worst food experience I have ever had. What they call "chicken" was in fact the furthest thing from what I know chicken should taste and look like. They also got my order wrong, I ordered sweet and sour chicken along with Szechuan chicken and they were not even close to what they should have been. The szechuan chicken may as well have been wet garden compost because it was honestly that bad. Never eating here again and if you value your health, money, and taste buds I advise you to do the same!!!!!!!!!!!

If i could give them less then one star i would. So rude and disrespectful. I ordered for delivery and was told 30-60 minutes , great thats normal. I call in an hr later to check on my order and am told first that its going to be another 45-60 minutes then told that no its already with a driver, wait no its going to be atleast another 35 minutes. Cant stand lying, own up if you made a mistake. Then they ask me if i would rather just cancel the order. Sure i guess ill just chuck my waisted time to a lesson learned. Will NEVER be ordering here again.

The young man who waited on us was a little moody and my order came to $9.51 when I paid him I gave him$9.75 and he through it in the drawl and stated I didnt,,t have any change coming back. He acted like he was on some kind of drug. I come in about once a month never did I experience anything like this before. He was tall with glasses with attire. :-(. Forgive me I believe the costumer is always right!, Also I was cheated I didnt recieve any brccoli either are you sure you cook wit chicken? I hope this was not Cat!right regards the circumstances.

Food is below average, service is below average. Much better choices nearby. I asked to eat here, and they packed my food to go. Asked for a cup of water, and they only offered to sell me a bottled water. Judging by the quality of the food its probably a safer choice to get the bottled water anyways. Its hot inside as well. They have a small portable air conditioner inside set to 78 degrees on low. I recommend avoiding this place. There is a Chinese restaurant down the road called Lee House. Food is much better there.
