The ice cream is good and unique. However, if you are looking for community support, they are not on your team. The manager pushed me to Fran Berg, by email. After multiple times reaching out, she finally responded with simply, "Im afraid we will have to pass." They are willing to receive support, but not give it. I was even offering to pay for gift cards. I dont understand that business practice. From my experience, "comfy" doesnt describe their warmth and receptivity to work with building into the the community.

Sad experience... Asked the associate for a sample, who happened to be the manager. While he was handing it to me it dropped on the freezer and he continued to give it to me. Didnt apologize or get another sample. Im a microbiologist; if only he knew how many bacteria are thriving on top of the freezer. We definitely did not have our dessert there.

The best ice cream and pie we have found since moving to Nashville. Flavors like a delicious punch in the face. If using Google maps for directions, turn down Executive Center Drive instead of driving in a big circle around the shopping center. The shop is there, I promise!

Superb ice cream and cookies. I got a cookie sandwich with one double chocolate cookie and one chocolate chip cookie plus a scoop of chocolate ice cream and a scoop of cookies and cream ice cream. The cookies were really soft and the ice cream was so tasty!

Bad service. Trying to contact the store owner regarding catering. After one week of waiting (call to store five times, left email and talk to the store manager) The owner still not reply. If shes too busy, then should close the shop and says no catering.

At $5 for a single scoop, I felt this place to be overpriced for a simple round of family cones. Id skip this for the after school indulgence and save it for special occasions. More reasonable pricing would probably make me come back (or order my own).

The raspberry ice cream was fantastic! It had a real fruit flavor. I topped it with espresso grounds and almonds. It was a match made in ice cream heaven. The girl behind the counter suggested it and was very kind. Great taste and great experience.

Absolutely fantastic. Great service. They were very friendly and available and we required numerous samples with my family of 6. The ice cream sandwich is awesome! Really cool atmosphere. Minimal indoor seating.

They were out of bananas. Kind Id a bummer since I wanted a banana split. The ice cream I had was good. Better than Baskin Robbins but not quite as good as Kilwins or Jennis. They have some unique flavors.

Overpriced ice cream. Similar in taste to Coldstone, so nothing unique there. Probably more than likely the price is name brand association and location. I prefer a creamier taste anyways. Overall, its okay.

Very subpar. It is overpriced for what it is. Just go to the store and spend your $7 there!! Or one of the many amazing ocre cream parols around the Nashville area. The shake had giant chunks of ice cream.
