Watch out before you eat!! ..... Perhaps, I would never go to BR, at least not to this store. My family and I took two scoops of our favorite flavor and found plastic pieces in one of the bowls. When Ive shown it to the first person at the register she confirmed it was plastic and said will be back in a minute and never returned, when followed-up she sent her colleague, who was trying to convince me that it was ice pieces, cmon dude, stop defending and accept .... I said. When he checked with his colleague, she confirmed it was plastice, but still he wants me believe it was ice pieces. One mistake I did is I gave away the plastic pieces to the first person in good faith ... but she outsmarted me. ........ Watch out before you eat!!

THIS WAS TERRIBLE. THIS LADY THAT STINKS GAVE ME THE SMALLEST SCOOPS FOR $6.00 AND MY FRIEND GOY BIG BOY SCOOOPS. I THINK THIS IS A RACE ISSUE. TERRIBLE CUPS TOO. ITS COVERED IN BLACK ON THE BOTTOM!!!!!! AND THEY DONT WASH THEIR HANDS. UNEXPECTABLE BEHAVIOR!!!!! it also needs a good dusting and mopping

The floors were so dirty and sticky that I hated to walk on it. All the tables were dirty and no one would sit down. The trash cans were full and everyone was putting trash on top of the counter. The bathroom for the men would not flush. I will not go back.

This is the most horribly managed Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. Every time I visit they are out of waffle cones and completely unwilling to make more. Or out of hot fudge or out of whatever. Unhelpful employees, very unorganized and messy.

Ordered a Valentines cake in Saturday the 11th. Just picked it up and it looks like a 1st grader wrote on it. The writing is also the only decoration. The ones in the freezer not personalized looked so much better. Pathetic for $34.99.
