Its kind of ridiculous that a place that caters to children doesnt have a bathroom they can use. Took my preschooler here for a quick treat after a day spent running errands. He really needed to visit the bathroom, but no, not allowed here. And everyone knows that children this age cant hold it very long, nor is it healthy for them to, so we quickly rushed to a nearby place where he could get a treat and use the facilities. I would not recommend this place for parents of small children.

The 3 teenagers working yesterday were obviously aggravated that they had customers to deal with. One of them was running his hands through his hair and handling money right before he handled a bare waffle cone for my order, sure enough there was a hair in the cone. I was just picking up a togo order for my work, next time Ill skip this place. That was ridiculous. Dont go here.

I loved this place for about a few months now and then I get in my car and my son finds a hair from one of the workers there.. It definitely was not mine because it was way in there and the worker had long hair.. I lost my appetite from this place!!

I went to this ice cream place and one of the guys who worked there looked high so i didnt order any ice cream.I got scared and ran out of the store.The guys eyes were red, it looked like his eyes were on a period.

The Original Ice Cream landmark of Brentwood! Good ole ice cream place I went to, took my kids to and now Im taking my Granddaughter! Only reason its not a five, its never had enough tables inside!!
