This location stay to pack up with customers to where the employees is all over the place for me just to ordered 2 buckets of butter pecan packaged ready lol sad when you see me there waiting for you to cash me out but to confuse to me to come up lol sad business so they have bad issues with *Time Management Skills* but they ok with customer service so im ok if they just pick up they services more better because they need to have A separate line for ice cream package ready freezer only customers verse the ones is getting ice cream made and etc not fair for the customers to wait for others to sit there and waste time because they dont care about nothing so please pick up *Time Management Skills*BEWARE!!!!!

My daughter and I went here for my free scoop for my birthday. We were greeted with happy smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. I asked what they had for allergies and told them I have a gluten food allergy. They immediately went to the back and brought out a brand new tub and then proceeded to hand wash the scoop for me. All I can say is wow, Thank you baskin robbins for taking my allergy into consideration and helping us. We will definitely be back!

Was waiting in the store for 5 minutes longer than I needed to. I left without getting my food because the employees were too busy talking in the back to finish the order of the woman infront of me.

Do not like the fact that they do not take large bills and of they are nice enough to do so they make you feel like a criminal. Other than that staff was pleasant and professional.
