Well I went there 3 times. The first time, I went with my two dietitian friends for lunch. Two of us picked the turkey cranberry sandwich. When we got it, we couldnt eat it. When we asked what was on the sandwich, the server told us it was cranberry horseradish. Nothing a customer would expect. Nothing was offered when we commented about the poor flavor and no notation on the menu about the horseradish. The second time, my husband and I went. The food was cold and not much flavor. The 3rd time, I went with 5 of my friends. We all worked in healthcare. We ordered sandwiches with a salad the server said was an option. When our sandwiches were served, we all had fries. The server then said they didnt have that salad that day. She never let us know that before we were served. When our food arrived, an alarm went off. We didnt know if it was a smoke alarm. They got it shut off. But it went off 2 more times. For several minutes. We heard, "where is he"? They were working on something but it obviously wasnt working. After the third time, they offered us a mini muffin for our inconvenience. None of us took a muffin. My friends and I meet for lunch once a month. We will never go back there.I have a degree in hotel, restaurant, and institutional food management. Three times and your out. Myla

While on a nice date I decided to order chicken Parmesan. One bite of it and my mouth felt slimy and sticky. I stopped eating the chicken after two bites and then decided to eat the noodles. At three in the morning the next day I threw up four times. I hardly had any chicken and Im still puking the next day. The servings were tiny and even the spinach and artichoke dip was disgusting. I paid way too much to get food poisoning. Never go here its awful.

Went to Watertown, SD to assist a friend. I wasnt that excited about going. However, good fortune smiled upon me and I found this oasis downtown. It was so welcoming and the service was great. Robyn and Patty were excellent. Now I am kind of looking forward to coming back to Watertown in order to visit this place again. Thanks for the GREAT experience! See you next time Im in town!

Although the ambience of the historic building is wonderful the service had gone downhill since the new owners/managers took over. Food was good but nothing super fantastic. We dont go there as often as we used to. Sad.

This place is full of history. The coffee shop is great and the ballroom area is worth a peak, if youre lucky enough to be granted access. Ask about the "weird" things that have happened to the staff.

Wife and came thru last Friday 1st timers. Bumpy start well recovered bottom line the food equal to the top 5 chefs in Sioux Falls with 2/3 the price. Way to go Watertown!

Excellent service and food. They were very accommodating to my husband and I and our three kids under 8. Enjoyed the tour of the opera house. Highly recommended.

If you are lucky may get a 100 year walk back in time tour of the opera stage on second floor. Try the roast beef sliders. Awesome

I love love love the atmosphere at the Goss. Just wish there was some kind of outdoor seating either on the street or roof!

Really neat decor. Good iced coffee. Would be a 5 star but internet didnt work and the barista didnt seem to care!
