My first time in SOUTH CAROLINA. We were having a hard time when leaving the hotel already. Im from Texas. Dallas to be exact. I am more American than half of the people that looked at us the wrong way for not being majorities. I noticed when we were walking up to the place. The hostess was nice to the people before us. They were not minorities. We stood in front of her for a couple of minutes. She was talking to someone on the headset about something. We never interrupted her. She didnt greet us. When she asked our name she had an attitude. She told us where the sitting area was and we said thank you. I cant expect everyone to have manners I guess. She didnt answer back. When walking through after waiting. There was confusion about where to sit us. They sat us at the last table in the corner outside on the second floor. Away from everyone else. There were plenty of other tables. Our server was surprisingly pleasant. His name was Scott. My wife and I were so happy with his hospitality that we gave him a 45% tip. MY BURGER WAS GREAT. MY WIFE LOVED HER CHICKEN SANDWICH. MY KIDS LOVED THE FRIES. TENDERS NOT SO MUCH, BUT ATE A COUPLE. THEY PROBABLY GOT COLD. Get this place a staff with attitudes like Scott and you have a customer for life. I would give 5 stars if all experience was great. The 2 stars I give are for SCOTT AND SCOTT ONLY. #STOPRACISM

What a view! This is a quaint little place in Southside. We arrived for lunch about 1:30 and we seated ourselves on the back deck. Our waitress was quick to arrive and we had drinks in no time. This is a burger place. There are several other options including salads and chicken sandwiches, but their burger selection is nice, including a peanut butter burger I hear is wonderful , but not interested today. We started out with a Blooming Onion. It was colossal and cooked perfect. So many times you receive an onion undercooked in the center. Not this time! I ordered a Three Alarm Fire-burger platter. The platter was a mistake after ordering the blooming onion. The burger was well cooked and flavored great! The heat may have been missing, but my wife tells me Ive burnt all my taste buds, I dont know. The fries were great and the slaw was delicious. The raisins in the slaw was a nice enhancement. It was just too much food with the blooming onion and ordering a platter. My wife ordered a house salad after seeing a blooming onion pass. Standard house salad with avocado ranch dressing. The service was top notch. There was nothing we needed that wasnt provided, including sauce for the blooming onion. Out waitress was there when needed! TL;DR Great Food, Great Service. Happy to suggest and will return!

I great burger place! While on a family vacation a few months ago, we had dinner there our final 2 nights of vacation. My parents have pretty bland taste and just got a burger on the bun. On Thursday night I got a California Pizza Burger. I was a bit disappointed with it, the mozzarella cheese brick was not nearly as melted and gooey as the previous year, but still good overall. On Friday night I got a double peanut butter burger. You wouldnt think that combo would be all that appetizing but my lord it was amazing, but the patties like to slide around so I probably wouldnt double up in the future. The amazing peanut butter burger totally made up for the luke warm mozzarella cheese the night before! The walls are completely covered with license plates from all over the country. Not sure how the obtain them all, but it makes for a cool vibe. Also, peanut shells are all over the floor so if you have a peanut allergy, you should probably avoid this chain.

If you want talipia billed as grouper, here ya go. Absolutely horrible food, lack luster service and rude staff. Ordered grouper fingers that turned out to be frozen, prebreadded talipia. My friend ordered a Mahi sandwich....also a mystery fish and definitely NOT Mahi. Sweet potato waffle fries were cold and rubbery. I asked a server for a magic marker to draw on the paper table cloth that kids color on. She threw it on the table without a word. Took about three bites of food and asked for the check. I guess they are used to people ordering and not eating it because no one inquired about it. Hint to management...take fish off the menu and just be a burger joint, or just be honest that its not Mahi or grouper!

Arrive on Saturday night June 4, 2016had a big party of 12 people. Waited for about 30 mins. To get seated. Then get to our table we order the drinks and apps the stuff can out then we ordered the main the waitress got upset cause my wife was ordering for my kids and then the waitress messed up and had to go get a new pad. Finally came back to retake the order so we are now there at the table a hour then the food comes out but wait only 2 dishes come out for 12 people. The waitress said the cooks messed up so we waited 15 more minutes then nothing. We got up went to the front told the manager which didnt know any of this was happening told us dont worry about the bill. So we left with 8 kids starving.

I didnt get exactly what I ordered and my burger was still amazing. We came here a day or two after hurricane Matthew came through so the place wasnt busy. It has a Texas Roadhouse style with peanuts all over the floor (which is fine). The staff were all nice and the decor was creative. It was semi loud even with the few amount of people dining so I can imagine its very loud when its busy. Its right on the beach and the pier is close by. Any burger is good but I suggest doubling up because they are not huge burgers. Also unless you dont care about how your burger is cooked, let them know how you want it cooked because they do not ask. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Service was absolutely horrifying. We went to the 2nd floor and the hostess sent us to the third floor. We were seated a few minutes before 8. Waitress was prompt in taking our order, then we didnt see her or our drinks for about another 20 minutes. I am not exaggerating when I say it was 856pm when our food arrived. The lids we Asked for I went and got myself from the bartender. Really seemed like a local hangout, kitchen staff was even in dining area chumming it up with other patrons. I will say that the bartender was very nice and has a wicked mustache like the mask on V for Vendetta. Food was epic, but dont go if you want to eat any time soon.

First time going. Waitress was incredibly rude. Gave us 1 knife with 5 people splitting an onion ring. When I requested more knives she said " how many more you need you have 1 on the table" Ive never been treated so rudely. This was after the 20 minute wait and the hostess walked right past me I had to scream to have them put our name on the table. Never received any peanuts or offered any. Never was asked how we would like our burgers cooked. You pay $9 for a burger and have to pay extra for more sides. Burger was good but we wouldve like some cooked different. I would only stick with the burger because the other foods did not met our tastes
