Horible no vale la pena gastar tu dinero en este sitio no saben tratar a sus clientes y apreciar el negocio que gracias a el costumer es que sige de pie fuy buscando ese conpartir con la familia la pasamos pesimo la comida no es tan buena pudiera ser un mejor lugar pero es una perdida de tiempo y dinero no vallan ay sitios mejores

they lie. the guy straight up told me twice that the chicken I ordered was white meat, when it wasnt (good thing I checked, as the order was for someone pregnant and she hates dark meat - I even mentioned that, clearly he couldnt care less). when I asked how long it would be to get what I ordered and paid for...he says 30 mins - seriously? just tell me you dont have what I need and Ill then decide whether or not Id like to wait. then he tried to reimburse me $4 short then what I paid - unreal. will never be back - ever...

We dont usually eat in, we order on the way home to grab and go. We live in Niagara Falls and Im telling you, their chicken and rice is worth the drive. The chicken is incredibly juicy, moist and seasoned perfectly. Their rice with the sauce and beans poured over is absolutely delicious. If you like Puerto Rican sweets be sure to visit La Flor Bakery directly across the street. Niagara Cafe was out of flan one day and they sent us over there.

Terrible service if you dine in. The server was older and so mean! She yelled at us because she didnt want to hear each persons order she wanted to know everyones order quickly and before we even knew. When we asked her to come over she literally gasped as if so annoyed. The food is Not even worth the attitude issues. Second time we came here and its either The food is either too salty or has not enough flavor.

My friend and I were visiting Buffalo from New York City and we decided to try out this place. The service and the food is beyond terrible. We ordered white rice, beans and pernil. All was extremely salty, very bland and did not taste fresh. Word of advice...Stay away. This is not an authentic Puerto Rican spot coming from a Puerto Rican that knows how to make rice and pernil the right way.

I have never had the problems with service some people are reporting in. This is a downtown Buffalo diner. The decor isnt fancy, the people arent nice until you get to know them and they get to know you, and the food is outstanding. I happen to love the little waitress who waits on us, then again, I am there quite a few times a year. :)

Worst customer service. I walked in all the tables were extremely dirty. We had ask to be seated at a table thats clearly wasnt cleared out. My lady ask if she can clean out the table first and the employee just walked away with an attitude. I Definitely wont be going back until they learn how to have people skills and keep it clean.

On Sunday 5/15 I called at 7:13pm, asked if they accept pick up orders, the woman said yes, I asked if I can place a pick up for Keri, she said no, we close at 8. Ok? If you close at 8 you work you til 8.... Woman was so rude, extremely disappointed how rude customer service has been my past few visits.

If you are looking for a fancy place this is not your place. If you are looking for flavor rich puertorrican food then this is your place. Being born and raised in puerto rico, I say the food here has the "home made touch and flavor" of the puertorrican food. Highly recommended !!!!

FANTASTIC FOOD!!!! Went there by pure chance and LOVED everything about it! The food was AMAZING! So much flavor.....really delicious food! Even the cops came in to get their lunch!!! Best latino food I HAVE EVER HAD!!! Just like home cooked. And so reasonably priced. Totally amazing!

Took forever for someone to wait on us. Longer to get our order and it was cold. Had to stand up and go to the counter to get my check and pay. A better Puerto Rican eatery is at Willies corner on Hudson & West Ave. Go early before the lunch crowd. Food is good and yummy.

While i may be able to semi duplicate their incredible pastellios(Ive been trying for years), I cant even compete with their yellow rice and beans. The best Ive ever had. The steak and onions is a very close second favorite. So tender and so juicy and flavorful
