I found a long hair in my sandwich that was maliciously and deliberately placed there. Horrible experience! ZERO STARS! From the minute I stepped in this place my kids noticed that it was dingy and not loved, not like the other Tropical Smoothie locations around the state. The manager Jami took my to GO order and went in the back to prepare the sandwiches. She had an attitude from the start and was extremely rude taking my order. Everything was an issue and she couldnt be bothered. I took my order to go but at the last minute decided to stay with my kids to cool off before the next soccer game. As I took a bite out of my sandwich my son screamed "mom, there is a hair in your food!" A long disgusting hair was stuffed into my sandwich. I guess she never expected that I was going to stay and eat there. I took the sandwich to the register and politely mentioned to girl behind the desk that there is a hair in my sandwich. She offered to make a new sandwich (no, thanks. I lost my appetite and just the thought of it still makes me sick) or give me a refund. Since the manager had to process the refund I had to deal with Jami once again...She made no eye contact, didnt apologize and started ringing up the refund. This is where I said to her that an apology would be in order. Still nothing...not a word. So I told her that I frequently go to different Tropical Smoothie locations as a loyal patron, and that this was the absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered to which she replied that I was rude, quote "the whole me was rude" and she continued to insult me. I finally asked her "so this is why you stuffed a hair in my food?" and her response was "you are not important enough". Do yourself a favor and dont eat there unless you want to get sick and be insulted. I will be contacting the Health Dept. next. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Racist servers. Visited this establishment 7/28/2016 cashier was truly prejudice. She made it very obvious that she disliked serving a Moor. Please all ethnicities with melanin in your body CEASE patronizing establishments that dnt appreciate your business. This is one. Truly with the large amount of sugar in the smoothies this is not a healthy choice (diabetes).This was my first and last visit to this racist establishment located in Conway, SC. Doesnt deserve one star.

The owners and staff are friendly, fast and know how to run a good business. There are salads; theres breakfast, wraps, and sandwiches - all come with a punch for a free smoothie. Its very busy when the college kids are in town but service is pretty fast. Lots of heathy options here along with some very tasty smoothies. In a shopping center with tons of eating places, this is number one.

Got the health nut smoothie and 2 buffalo wraps. First, the health nut got me extremely sick. It was like vitamin smoothie and i was oozing purple stuff out of my mouth. Been throwing it up for hours. The buffalo wrap was absolutely terrible and on top of that the chef ate the middle of my wrap. The portion size was so small it was equivalent to eating a candy bar. The cashier Francesca was VERY RUDE. She sounded like a robot, didnt ask me if i had a VIP Card, nor did she ask if I wanted one because I dont have one. didnt ask how my day was, nothing! ill never come back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I stood at the register for 5 mins while everyone stared at me when all i needed was extra dressing.

This establishment needs to hire staff that dont mind adhering to the hours of operation. If they arent closing earlier than the listed time, they are rushing you out near closing time. The day time staff iso friendly but the night staff needs some customer service training. You have an awesome menu when you can get it!

This place is awesome! Some of the best wraps and smoothies Ive ever had in my entire life have been from here. Employees are very nice and friendly and the guy that runs the place is usually there making sure everything runs great and everyone is happy. Cant wait to go back and eat there again!

Oh my gosh! My friend recommended this place because I love smoothies and I have to tell you, it was magical. Their smoothies are so delicious! I decided to try one of their wraps since it was around lunch time and I hadnt eaten anything and it was amazing too. I found my new favorite spot!

Drove all the way from myrtle Beach to get a smoothie and some food because online it says tropical smoothie closes at 9pm. They had the chairs up and doors locked at 7:58pm and were closed, wouldnt let us in on a somewhat busy night.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! Its been a family favorite of our for years now. We recently moved to Myrtle Beach and we bummed when we didnt see one. So THANKFUL they have one here. Yum.
