My first experience with this place was enough for me. When I ordered my chicken & broccoli the lady on the phone was very nonchalant and rushed me off the phone. She seemed almost annoyed when I asked how long and how much my order would be. I arrived 15 mins later and they were very busy. Cars were pulling in and out left and right. When I was about to pay she tried to give me shrimp&broccoli. I told her I ordered chicken&broccoli and she kept telling me I did not. I know what I said, I dont even eat shrimp. Instead of apologizing she just stared at me and got an attitude. She didnt respond or say sorry. I asked her how long it would take to cook she said 5 mins. I doubt it wouldve been fresh if it only took 5 mins. I asked her how much it would be she blabbed a new price at me while opening the register and answering the phone. I almost gave her my money but I changed my mind, asked for my money back and left. Very rude. Poor service. A lady had just walked out before me upset about her order also.They need to understand that we dont need their business, they need ours. Learn some customer service !!!

Its a basic "hole-in-the-wall" Chinese restaurant. I think every Chinese cook learns to cook at the same place because what I get here is the same as what I got in take-out Chinese restaurants in Pa. Its the taste I know and love, can be as healthy or unhealthy as I want to make it, and the prices are great. Have eaten various of the dinner and lunch specials, and always consistent quality. As I said its the basic "hole-in-the-wall" look to it. Mostly take-out, but with tables to eat in. Canned and bottled drinks to choose from for both eat in and take-out. You can see the kitchen behind the counter and watch your meal, and everyone elses, being made if you want, or sit down, or run errands while they cook it. Clean but not the sparkle of chain fast-food, which is good. Your order is taking at the counter, and you pick up and pay there too. If you eat there, they will bring out the food too you, but not waiter service. They are quick to serve you. You get plenty for what you pay, and what you go to a take-out Chinese restaurant for. I recommend it for good, quick, inexpensive food.

Really this should be 2 1/2 stars. After a very shallow responses over the phone while I was making my order I was already upset. The young girl who answers the phone seemed very unsure she even wanted to take my order, after I asked a few simple questions she seemed annoyed. I waited 10 minutes before I ran to the bank to get cash (SINCE THAT IS ALL THEY TAKE ALONG WITH CHECKS) and then it took me another 5 or so (15 minutes altogether) to get through traffic and when I arrived (Let me note the place is dead) I told her my ticket number and she prompted me with a startled look and a "Wait, 45!?" (45 is the ticket number) as if she didnt believe I was coming to get my food... She then said, "Its almost ready itll be a few minutes," before I realized that they hadnt even started it yet. I sat there for another 10-15 minutes. Long story short, this place sucked. I wouldve asked for a discount but Im not looking for free food, just better service. DO BETTER PEOPLE. DO BETTER. But the food is good (:

Best Sesame Chicken around! Ive eaten at many many many Chinese restaurants all the way from Florida to Utah and I still havent found a place that can match the Sesame Chicken here. Unfortunately they only accept cash or check but the food is so good its worth going to an ATM. And at $6.97 for a Sesame Chicken dinner combo with pork fried rice and an egg roll, totally worth every penny, never leave hungry.

It was horrible. I ordered Winton soup and the lid they put on the container was broken and the soup spilled. When I called and asked for the manager when he answered the phone he instead of saying can I help you he said what do you want. He didnt even care. So I wont be eating there anymore.

Ive been searching for my go-to Chinese joint in Spartanburg for a while. This is it. Great prices, pleasant staff, and finally good Chinese which isnt doused in sauce and tons of MSG! Give these a try, you wont be disappointed. Bring cash. Theyre cash only; no cards.

The food was great the shrimp lo mien in particular the noodles were the only thing that was different from what I was used to they had a different dull taste but it brought the dish together. The shrimp was great and the vegetables and rice were good as well

Restaurant is Clean but is old so interior and exterior is kind of drafty. Only one high chair, more of a takeout restaurant than eat in but option is there. Cliche Chinese takeout food cartons (I always enjoy from a Chinese takeout restaurant.)
