First and last time myself and my boyfriend have ever been here. Immediately after paying before our meal we notice a pile of noodles and other food laying in the floor of their dining area. We approach the buffet and realize there was barely any food. The pans looked grimey and had enough food in them to barely cover the bottoms. The gentleman that was running the cashier then came beside us and refilled the pan of noodles without taking the old pan out. Just threw it on top of the hard looking noodles that were stuck to the bottom of the pan. We immediately decided we were not eating there and asked for our money back. I would highly suggest to not waste your time or money and chance getting sick. "Hole in the wall" is an understatement.

First I was put on hold for ten minutes and I let that go. Then the lady was rude on the phone. She gave me an estimated time of 45 minutes for a quart of veggie lo mein and two eggs rolls. I called after waiting for an hour and she said she had to call the driver which was fine until she hung up and didnt call back. About an hour and thirty minutes after I ordered my food finally got here. Wasnt the drivers fault so I still tipped him but I think my food should have been free after the terrible service. I will never order here again.

We ate here a couple of weeks ago. The food was absolutely inedible. It was our first time eating here. The egg rolls tasted nothing like egg rolls. Disgusting. The Crab Rangoons did not taste very good. We threw away most of the 40 dollar meal. We also ordered the ribs and no one one could eat them. What little we did eat we ate because we were hungry but we did not enjoy it. I went to the Dragon Garden restaurant a week later and it was much better.

Very good chinese food. Fresh tasting, properly prepared (not canned or "thrown together"), very quick service. Also, has delivery service. Prices in food items are very fair and not inflated, as other restaurants do. Delivery (7 miles) was quick, driver was courteous, and professional. This is definitely going to be a restaurant we will be recommending to others, and ordering more meals from in near future.

The first and only time I have eaten there. The eggrolls and wontons were probably the best I have ever had, but the cashew chicken was not good at all. However, my friend said the noodles and chicken she had were the best she had ever had. I guess I just got the wrong thing. I also didnt like that for dining in you eat of Styrofoam and with plastic silverware... So inconvenient and bad for the environment.

11/22/11 2:25 The buffet has is basically empty and has not been restocked since 2:25, it is 3pm now. When the buffet pan has no chicken, it does not to a bit of good to just stir it, you have to add more chicken also. I will go someplace else next time to get my fix for General Tsos Chicken. Sorry. A fairly frequent customer(ex).

The food isnt the same sense the original owners had it. The rice is different as far as the pork fried and vegetable fried. There is less vegetables in the items now. The chicken and broccoli doesnt taste the same neither does the general tso. . The egg rolls are very small now. What happened to this place?

This was the worst food ever. General to chicken was dry and everything was colored brown. The cashew chicken tasted almost burnt and the cashews were also brown. Unusual color for it. I never have ever eaten these dishes this color. Honestly, the only thing good about this order was the cans of soda.

Love their food! Use to live in Nitro & had them deliver once a week. Sometimes it did take a little while to get our food, but always worth the wait. My fiancee & I will be making a special trip out there today.

Food was not good I was very disappointed... I order Mandarin chicken and it wasnt good at all alot of onions and no flavor. I would not recommend Mandarin chicken.

I love Golden Wok, it is my favorite local Chinese food restaurant. Food is delicious, only reason it is not 5 stars is because of the buffet closing at only 3pm.
