The Brown Bag Burgers are spectacular, and there is no charge for their uniquely extensive array of toppings. My favorite is the Original Brown Bag burger which is a specially made double cheeseburger that is out of this world. I come to this restaurant at least once a month for lunch, and just order the burger and a drink as I think that their fries just dont taste very good. Penn Station offers similar fries and a similar trans-fat free Peanut Oil and Penn Stations fries taste a million times better. Fortunately, Brown Bag Burgers offers free peanuts, so while I wait for my burger I can chow down on peanuts. The spectacular burgers and free peanuts more than make up for the yucky fries. The restaurant is at the east-most end of the Great Northern strip and is easily accessible. They have numerous funny signs on display and a stuffed chicken holding a sign to eat more beef -- a clear stab at Chick-Fil-A just down the street who constantly has an employee dressed in a cow suit holding signs to eat more chicken. The painting and signage throughout the restaurant is fun and inviting. Even the bathrooms sport fun artistic paintings. The staff has always been friendly and attentive. They take orders with your first name and call out your name when your order is ready. On one recent visit, they made a mistake and entered my name wrong but after all the other people in my party had their burgers I was able to work with their manager to get my burger. Perhaps they could improve this process a bit, and Im sure that some people dont want all of the other customers in the restaurant knowing their name. The restaurant is normally pretty clean, but in the back by the soda dispenser on my most recent visit, the floor was sticky -- I assume someone spilled their drink and the staff hadnt had time to mop it up during the lunch rush. Normally its quite clean. They employ the turbo-charged air hand dryers in the restrooms which allow you to quickly get back to your food.

Today, we went to brown bag for the first time, and we will never be going back. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We walked in and clearly stated 3 times we did not know whether to sit down, go to the counter, or where to order our food.. and the guy at the register ignored us, until we finally walked up, and said I DONT KNOW WHERE TO ORDER. "Oh. I can take it" okay.... so we start to order, I show him a PHOTO on my phone of the burger of the month, DUBLINER. He rings it in, then informs us, oh thats no longer on the menu.. I then say, well we can build it then right? You have the toppings for it.. he then laughs at me and says "its no longer on the menu.." you have got to be kidding me. So we are looking over the menu. With ZERO assistance from this guy, who can clearly see how confused we are. As the line piled up behind us, we just order plain burgers and fries, because we dont know what to do. It is completely unbelievable to me that a place would employ someone with the utmost disregard to people and their emotions. I left a comment in their "comment box" which is open and cards can be taken directly out of. I know almost full heartedly that my letter will never reach management. So Im taking it a step further. I would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible.

Honestly one if the best burger places in all of the Cleveland area. My family and I go there all the time and it hasnt let us down one bit. Brought a friend and his family down to try it and they said theyd come back, so theres a few more happy customers! Its good that there are peanuts sitting out so that youre not deathly hungry while waiting for your food. Just walk to the bucket and crack one open! The signs that are placed around are pretty funny as well, there are also a few jokes by Brown Bag Betty if you can find them. ;) Its good to know that so many people love this place! Maybe a little too much... Just look at the tack board near the restrooms. Overall, excellent service, and if youre in North Olmsted at some point, just go near the Great Northern Mall and its right by the DSW! Trust me, youll have no regrets. (Might wanna ask them about the tack board. XD)

nice experience here, girl taking orders was friendly and patient, especially when my GF was taking a long time to pick something. She also(the girl at the register) was often seen taking time to clean up the dining area, if management is paying attention, she needs the recognition. The food is good, prices are fair and I like the burgers here better than 5 Guys and its essentially the same type of establishment. I also like the more family friendly atmosphere with the fun graphics and the giant cow, its just more playful type of decor. 5 guys got the 50s diner sort of thing going but I prefer the more homey type of feeling of Brown Bag. The menu has a good variety, not too big, but that helps with consistency and they added shakes, which I havent tried yet, but looking forward to it.

You walk into Brown Bag Burgers and youre instantly greeted by the wonderful aroma of fries and burgers. There is little to say about this small restaurant other than, "If you havent been to Brown Bag, you havent tried a real burger." With always fast service, and high quality ingredients, you know every time you walk in there, youre getting your moneys worth. With the choice of picking 8 toppings per burger, there are hundreds of combinations you can choose from to keep your taste buds tingling. If youre in the area, Brown Bag Burgers is the place to go!

I really like a good burger. This place makes good burgers. I like this place. If someone put together a Burger Brawl pay-per-view event between Brown Bag Burgers and Five Guys Burgers and Fries, the winner would be a complete toss up. Five Guys may get an upper hand with a plain burger, but Brown Bag scores big with very tasty creative burgers. The fries are pretty amazing. Whether ordering regular fries or something like Fiesta Fries, youll know you made a wise choice.

Im from Toledo, OH and was in the area looking for somewhere to eat that was different from the normal franchises. Boy did I find it! This was simple the best burger I have ever had!!! Try the Godfather - it rocks! I cant wait until I can come that way again. Ive been telling everyone I know that if you are close to North Olmsted, OH you have to go try this place out! Dare I say its better than Five Guys!
