My girlfriend and I went there the morning of 1/1/16. Conspicuous to see that the drive thru might take for ever because the line had at least 10 cars waiting, we decided to walk up thinking that would be better. We were proven wrong. Instead we were waiting out there for 15 minutes without even being acknowledge. When we were the lady that was taking drive thru orders rudely asked "what do you want?" Immediately I asked to speak to a manager. I had to wait for another 5-7 minutes. It would have been longer if my girlfriend didnt start knocking on the door out of anger and disappointment, from the rude service we were getting. Once the manager finally came up, I realized that was the same guy that been standing in front of me for the past 20 minutes making orders for the drive thru. When he finally came to the window I tried to let him know that we are guest just like the people in drive thru, we should be served and treated the same way as the drive thru. But he didnt want to hear what I had to say, which I can understand because he has "two new guys and he is doing all the work." To make a long story, short he told us to "call the store in the morning and they will deal with it." I dont know if that is how Checker appreciates their customers, but I know when I was a manger in fast food I would have never treated a costumer the way Mr. Casey did to us. Checkers on MLK just lost 2 weekly customers!

I ordered a champ burger with no onions the drive thru girl asked if I wanted cheese , I told her no. Then I ordered a medium Strawberry shake. Then A chilli cheese dog meal with a large strawberry shake and another chilli cheese dog on the side. As I ordered she would confirm each thing. When we got our order there was no medium strawberry shake and it was not on the the the receipt even though she repeated my order back to me. Then I open the champ burger and lo and behold it has onions and cheese. She didnt apologize even after I paid the extra for the shake. Checkers used to be my favorite fast food burger joint. They are so disappointing. The quality is just not there anymore. They have cut to many corners and it shows. Also whats with not wearing gloves to prepare the food.

We patronize this checkers at MLK Blvd, Seffner all the time! The food is great, prices are fantastic and usually the service is excellent! However, today, a white, blue eyed brunette was at the drive through window---she was very nasty, hateful, she claimed she was the manager and was extremely rude. She obviously hated her job, and I told her to quit if she didnt like her job. She even cussed me out when I drove away!! She is the role model for the other employees??? She forgot the BIG McDonalds is right across the street--there are plenty of food choices in this area!

I asked for a Big Buford No Meat and they refused to serve it to me. I was willing to pay full price. I am a vegetarian, and I needed to eat. I love Checkers fries and have had McDonalds sandwiches with no meat, but a female employee at this Checkers first laughed at me then asked the manager and he laughed as well. They said the only way they could serve a Big Buford is with meat...that is stupid.

I love going here but I was so pissed when they parked me for more than 15 mins and accidentally gave a next customer my food and then after I confronted them about my wait they wanted to me to go park again this I asked for a refund n went elsewhere if you guys cant remember the car you parked I advise you to reprint the receipt and write the kind and color of the car on it that may help you guys

When an order 10 chicken wings after 20 minutes my order still wasnt out to me a customer ordered after me and ordered 20 and they got their order and left I just requested my money back and left. Every time I go to service get worse and worse.

Listen. Its a checkers. Food will kill you, but at least itll be a good way to go. They never mess up my order and they put up with my stupid questions and never judge me when I get that bucket of fries. What else could you want?

Always get the orders wrong and if you order a chicken bite box they wont fill it but 1/4 of the way maybe 4-5 french fries and a few pieces of chicken not worth the time to fight with them wvery time over it

Ive always loved there seasoned fries. Hot theyre good & still have a good taste when theyre cold at least they dont taste stale & hard like other restaurants when they get cold.
