If I could rate below one star, I would rate this restaurant a negative 100. The customer service is horrible. I gave my order to the young lady and I ordered my rice without eggs in it because of an allergy (which I told her) and she mumbled my order back to me and left off the egg part. So I kindly reminded her about the eggs and she yelled across the entire restaurant, at me, that she heard me and that I did not have to repeat myself to her. When I received my order, I had a question about my order and she started yelling at me in front of the other customers. She told me me that " I should read the fanned sign in the window next time" and when I asked her what her problem was she just kept on yelling at me to read next time. She was so nasty that the Customer in line behind me told me that she was not going to spend her money here because she heard how nasty that girl was with me, and that same customer showed me how to go on line to do this review. I know that because of that nasty attitude and verbal abuse I received today is the reason that I will never go to China Kitchen on Forest Dr. again. Even if I was illiterate, that cashier was way out of line. That one star that I gave in the beginning of this review is too high of a rating.

This is one of the best places in Columbia for great tasting Chinese food. This is a family operated business. Lucky and his wife are the owners. Alone, with their 3 kids work here, too. They are very friendly people. My husband and I have been going to this restaurant over 20 years. I would recommend China Kitchen to anyone. If there is any concerns from customers, the management will take care of it right away. There menu have very good choices and the price of the food is reasonable.

I can tell that the grill they cooked the food on was not clean. Pieces of my chicken are not cooked thoroughly. My rice had black specs throughout and contained a burnt taste. If this is the best Columbia has to offer I prefer to not eat any Chinese food here.

If this is the same as when I was little, then I have wished all these years I could go here again. I was no more than 8 or 9 years old but I still remember the pork fried rice and the egg rolls were amazing with duck sauce! Next time Im in SC, its on!

I usually go to main moon but for some odd reason they are closed on tuesdays. I decided to try this place and it is my new favorite place. In a sketchy location but some of the best Chinese food in Columbia for the price.

Was recommended to China Kitchen by a friend of a friend and really enjoyed our food. The eggrolls were some of the best Ive ever had while the chicken with broccoli was pretty average. Typical prices and portion sizes.
