This is a pretty good coffee shop. Ive only been here once, but Ill try it again. Their coffee preparation is at least on par with Starbucks, in terms of lattes, if not slightly better. However, it appears that they do make food there and Ill tell you what, the last time I was here they made some sort of tomato pie and it smelled delicious. I have a feeling their food is awesome, but I havent tried it yet. Ill update this review once Ive ate something there. I did have their zucchini bread and that was pretty good. Bottom line is, other than Starbucks and Lulus (I believe thats what its called), its the only independent show in town.

I met a friend there. We both live far apart and decided this address would be a good meeting point. We had never been there before. It might be a couple of miles off the highway, but it is more than worth the drive. The people who work there are beyond hospitable. The food is freshly prepared and our meals were individually made. The whole experience was wonderful. I just wish it wasnt so far from my home; otherwise I would eat there quite often.

This coffee place is pretty hoppin, theirs always something going on here. If your a local in Florence and like being lugged in then this is a place to go, as well as follow on Facebook. There are regularly musicians that play here, and other events go on as well. The coffee is amazing, and the atmosphere inside is very warm and earthy.

When you want to find a unique local coffee shop with friendly owners and great coffee, Clay Pot should come to mind. Ive been here a few times now, and the hot drinks are great. I havent tried the food yet, so I cant attest to that.
