This just happened. Ordered a tall Pumpkin Spice latte, non-fat, with whip, two pumps of pumpkin, 120 degrees. Got my drink. Sat down at a table. Took a sip and burned my tongue. Went up to the cashier, asked for another drink, admitted that maybe I forgot to ask for my drink at 120, but she said she remembered me saying that. Then went on to say how "some peoples tongues are more sensitive than others". Im sorry, an extremely hot drink will burn any tongue. Meanwhile, the barista finishes my drink. "Wow that was fast." I thought, considering I JUST ordered it. "I made BABY temperature for you". She says. I say, "Why did you make it baby temperature, I asked for 120 degrees?". I put the drink down and left. Now, that wasnt the first time theyve done something along those lines at this particular Starbucks, but that was it for me. Its not well run and its apparent they have an issue with turnover, but when a customer has to have their drink made a second time: make it to THEIR specifications. NOT YOURS. So Ive tried this place again. Three days in a row. Drinks wrong, completely wrong, three days in a row. Ive come to the conclusion this location is horrible. End of story.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. Went to this location for the 3.00 frappes that are being nationally advertised on Starbucks corporate page. The ad states from 12-3 , from July 2nd through July 4th. The barista Curren had no idea what we were talking about and asked the manager. Then they say that we have to buy two frappes to get a third one at 3.00. There were only two of us, why would we need a third beverage. Starbucks website does not state this. In addition, this place was out of many ingredients and was limited to what they could actually make. This employee should not be your first line of contact with the customers. Both beverages were poorly made. Horrible location.

Poor service & poor attitudes... Ive been coming to this Starbucks for 4 years. It seems to be suffering from lack of focus (management needs?). Order of 2 scones & 2 large, black coffees. After 15 minutes & still nothing (based on the time stamp on my receipt), I went up to the counter & when I asked why, I was made to feel it was my fault for their lack of organization... How hard is to take an order, turn & draw 2 coffees then grab 2 scones? Ill not be back.

I have been a frequent customer of the Florence Store since my family and I moved here from the Philadelphia Area about 6 years ago. I find the "barristas are always friendly and try to speak to each customer with a smile and cheerful greeing. I dong know about other Starbucks but this location has a laid back and welcoming atmosphere! .

Great place with wonderful hours hours. The staff is friendly and the store is pretty well stocked. The atmosphere is great for work or just hangout, sitting at the big table in the corner the music always seems a bit loud but its okay otherwise. Also met a few great people here a good place to network in Florence.

Everything about my visit was exceptional. The staff were super friendly and efficient. The coffee was made to perfection, and the food was great. What really made the visit great was the wonderful employees that were so sincere. It was the best Starbucks experience that I have had to date.

When dat girl HANDED me my straw instead of me having to walk 4 extra steps to get it, I thought the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ™ was standing before me in a stranded desert handing me some Fiji™ water. She really gave me the whole Starbucks™ experience. I rate it danouttadan™.

This is a great addition to Florence. You can get oatmeal, really good coffee and the New York Times and enjoy a friendly environment. They have a wide range of other beverages and lots of bakery items. Great central location convenient to everything.

Twice made a caramel fappuccino with shot of expresso, ask for 2 pumps of sweetner they put 4 with no expresso shot, 2nd time 2 pumps no expresso, I asked for Verano they piured Veranda; whats the hurry, no one listens. Really annoying.

How they stay in business is a mystery. Horrible service. And I mean CONSISTENTLY horrible. Slow. 20 - 30 minute wait in the drive thru is the norm here. Go inside for a dose of rude , lazy employees and a filthy restaurant.

Here almost every Sunday and service is sub-par. Manager is lacking. Staff seems to need to be trained by n being more friendly. What can you expect for $10 coffee ... I expect a lot more !
