Stopped in on my lunch break and was looking over the menu. A younger guy walked down from the other end of the counter and stood in front of me, as it was loud with the other people/doors being open i couldnt hear anything he said but assumed he was asking what I wanted to order (right, I mean wouldnt you?). I told him I was still debating what I wanted. He got angry, no lie seriously angry, and told me that he didnt come down to take my order, just to say hi. So I responded "Im sorry? I didnt realize you walked down the other end of the counter just to say hi?" He then turned and walked away mumbling to himself still about just saying hi. I was completely confused and annoyed so I left. It was strange and Im still not sure I understand what happened, like pal if it bothers you to scoop all day then why are you working here? Now Im sitting back at work empty handed writing this review. On I guess the only positive note, it was very pricey so the angry counter guy gave me an excellent reason to get out of there so I could afford rent this month and spare myself the calories.

The ice cream was delicious, but my experience was one of a kind. I mistakenly left my wallet (full of cash and credit card) beside me on the bench where we had enjoyed our ice cream. I didnt realize it was missing until packing up to leave Charleston the next morning. I cant describe my relief when I called the shop and found out Jasmine, who had waited on us had found my wallet and put it away in a safe place with all the money and credit card intact. I returned the next morning to retrieve my wallet and met the owner who was so kind and gracious. Many, many thanks to you!

We tried to get ice cream to wait out a thunderstorm, but as we entered the store we were shooed away. Literally "shooed" away with hand gestures waving us out of the store. She just assumed we were seeking shelter. If we could give negative star status we would. Charleston hospitality was not present in this establishment.

I think the appearance could be better, we almost didnt even see it. Also, i spent $25 on four ice creams and 3 of those were kids portions. I think thats pricey considering I have to labor not email people for money.

Their milkshakes and sundaes are amazing. Some of the best Ive ever had. It is quite expensive, but since its basically like "designer" ice cream it is easily justified if youre looking for something great.
