Never have I been here and had a good experience. Truthfully, I think it is the worst fast food restaurant in North Providence! The drive thru is NEVER fast or convenient by any means. Ordering takes forever, paying takes forever, and receiving the food takes the longest! And to top that off, after waiting forever to eat, 90% of the time my order is messed up!! The staff that work at night are extremely unprofessional and borderline ignorant. I love Taco Bell food, and because I work late nights I tend to visit this place 2 or 3 times a week on my way home. So, I am basing my review on many, MANY, visits with each one getting worse and worse. It has gotten to the point where I dont even bother anymore, if Im hungry late night I just order from a local late night pizza shop because honestly, the wait time is almost the same!! This place needs to find some credible staff, and train them properly.

Food was good prepared very nicely but the service was terrible the girl in the front counter very nice very polite taking my order very beautiful but I was in there for half an hour waiting on my food half an hour I could have went to an actual restaurant and paid what I paid and been out by now full so now I have a pregnant wife at home complaining to me because Im taking long with food so now I have to deal with the consequences when I get home do not go to Taco Bell when its busy does not matter which Taco Bell you go to they are slow unless you have time to kill and you dont have a pregnant wife at home complaining I would say go but if youre in a hurry go anywhere else but Taco Bell

Ive never had a better dine in experience at any other restaurant in my life! The cashier was extremely polite and helpful when my wife and I asked question about the menu. Our was made with effort and care and was promptly brought out to our table by the store manager. The whole experience itself was a just a breath of fresh air. I cant wait to go back and enjoy another amazing experience. I highly recommend this Taco Bell and will be going back very soon!

I go to this one often; not only because is it near me, but the employees are very kind and some of which who I became familiar with. I appreciate this Taco Bell specifically only because they dont judge me on how often I stop by nor how long it may take for me to order despite the fact I have been there several times...

Oh God I love this TacoBell. Im so happy it reopened this week. It looks amazing. Ive eaten dinner there the past three nights haha. They always get my order right, and the food is always good. I love love love love love it!
