This location has always had service problems ever since it has opened. Not including a past experience where I did not receive half of my order and had to drive all the way back to get my moneys worth of food only to be met by a rude group of employees; tonight was disappointing. I had come from the Derry, NH location because they did not have the Mt. Dew Baja Blast. I went to the Londonderry location and sat at the drive-thru speaker for 5 entire minutes. Two cars pulled up behind me, no one would answer me. I said "hello?" several times and beeped, but to no avail. The Londonderry location has a lot of incompetent employees that work there during the night shift that are rude and never give out the correct orders. More training is needed or better experienced employees are needed. Orders are always wrong, you have to check your bag before you leave or youll have to drive back for your right food or lose money. Either way this store has got to get its act together or itll probably be shut down very soon. Ask around everyones opinion of this store is the same- horrible service.

This store is very disappointing. There are only a few good employees who actually work hard. One of them is named Lyne and I always see her working hard running around taking care of customers. The store manager is a joke. I even heard one of the male managers swearing at another employee right in front of him and he just stood there and did nothing. I swear every time I walk in half of the employees are standing behind the line on the phones with people waiting. Disgraceful.

Terrible! Last two times Ive been it has been late at night. They got someones order wrong, and one of the employees screamed swear words! Then there was a man there not dressed in uniform with some type of badge on (maybe a manager? higher up guy?) and he had a ear bud in his ear connected to his iphone slugging around and talking on the phone not caring what his employees did. No one there care about service, or the customers!!!!!!

This place is an absolut joke! The staff are horrible, the food is even worse and half the time you either are missing part of your order or you got something that isnt even close to what you wanted. Ive been there a handfull of times and it doesnt seem to get any better.

Ive had good luck with the drive through. But many times I get out of work late. And multiple times I came after 8pm...and they tell me they cant cook any more chicken cause kfc closes at 9pm. And it was clearly 8:30. Whats wrong with these people?

The naked chicken box is advertised for five bux on tv and online. Yet at this location it is almost 7 before tax and almost 8 after. Sketchy if you ask me.
