Totally disappointed today. Met a friend for coffee and lunch. Ordered 2for. Tomato soup half turkey sandwich. Soup was horrible, jusr warm and tasteless. Went to use ladies room and it was disgusting. One toilet was full of paper, the other was all wet, turnt around and walked out. This is the first time coming to this Panera and I will never be back. First Panera that I was diappointed with have been to others and was completely satisfied. Thanks for a disappointed afternoon.

Ordered chicken ceasar salad online for pick up, no problem- I get home to eat it and the lettuce has a terrible chemical like taste (not the first time thats happened) , the croutons are almost mush because they are so soggy and the chicken its awful. Not to mention they gave me a small container of dressing with almost nothing in it. Never had a bad in store experience though.

Food is good, service is usually pretty good too. The pastries tend to be stale many times which is a bit disappointing, especially for the cookies. If youre looking for a quick lunch this place tends to be busy so plan accordingly.

Everything is good at Panera Bread. I especially recommend the soups; the "French Onion" soup is so thick that a spoon will remain upright when placed in the bowl.
