My family went on Vacation and our hotel is right across the street. So we went there last night for dinner, the service was terrible! We were sitting out side with another family, we had 4 and they had 3, there was a party of 34 inside and they got served before we did! When our waitress came out, we asked what was taking so long. She had a big attitude and said some inappropriate things for a waitress! We got there at 8:30 pm and left at 10:15 pm we were there for almost 2 hours and we should have been there for an hour at most! Then the food came out and it was mostly terrible! The sliders were cold and inedible! And The pizza was burnt!! We are very disappointed in this restaurant and will never go back there! Thanks for some terrible food!!

Our waitress was really funny and nice. We went as a group of 16. We are all Asian and we asked for ice water. Everyone got glass cups but we received plastic. Everyone had water poured for them we got a pitcher and had to do it ourselves. The calamari is well recommended. It is absolutely amazing. The food came as big portions. We were a large group and our food came out in 30 minutes. Which is not bad. We got starters 5 min after we ordered. I thought service and food were alright but I thought the cups and the pitcher really through it of. Also the plastic cups were dirty. Not cleaned. But it depends

My girlfriend and I ordered wings and a large pizza from this establishment. The wings were very good however, the pizza left much to be desired. Aside from the $2.50 they charged for each individual topping (ridiculous), when I paid, I used my debit card. The total plus tip came out to about $31.00. However, when I checked my account online, somehow they added a few more dollars to the total. In conclusion, I find this establishment to be dishonest penny pinchers. Whether or not it was the delivery persons fault or the cashier, dishonesty is dishonesty. If you decide to order from here, pay cash.

We had breakfast here the day we were leaving Newport. The ice coffee had a funny taste to it so we asked for ice teas. The waitress was very rude and asked us why. The iced tea was old and also had a funny flavor. I orderd a ham and cheese omlette that tasted like cooking spray. My mom asked for extra crispy bacon and got limp bacon. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else but here. We all work in the restaurant business and I am positive that everything is right off a sysco truck.

This place is incredible! We tried the clam strips, scallops, fish tacos, shrimp, fried fish, and fajitas- all of the meat was cooked perfectly. My dad raved the whole meal about how its the best seafood hes ever had. Prices are great for the quality and portion sizes. The fried fish came with two pieces each as large as my hand! My family and I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Our compliments to the chef.

My girlfriend and I frequently visit this bar from east providence. About a 45 minute drive. Always refer friends and family. Food is great, staff is awesome. I do think the drinks are sub par. However it dont stop me from wanting to go eat there as much as we do. We highly recommend the teriyaki wins and potato skins. These skins are worth the trip alone.

Everything was pretty great. I wanted had my mind set on flos but they were closed so at Tickets we ordered the white wine garlic oysters, 5 cheese ziti and lobster roll like stated before everything pretty great just a tad bit shy with the seasonings but still pretty great

Probably not many vegetarians visit RI and those that do cook where they dwell. That sucks for tourists. Seafood is so overrated and people who love it are clueless about how their food is harvested- very inhumane IMHO.

Dont let the look fool you or the prices this place is well worth it and more. The waitress weather was amazing the food came quickly and the portions were huge. I reccomend the potato skins you wont leave hungry

So far the only restaurant I like in Middletown/Newport area. The steak never disappointed me and service was good. Their lighting needs improvement in corner areas - I could barely see my food.

Been here twice for lunch and both times is was good. A bit pricey, but then again this is Newport. Mahi Mahi was very good. As were the scallops. And the fried seafood platter is delicious.

Tickets has amazing food at reasonable prices for the area. Definitely check out the prime rib special and the short ribs. Anytime im working in Newport, Tickets is my go to for dinner!

The Manager, steve is a great guy. Awesome food and and drinks. Pizza is off the charts. Service was great. Sundays during football season is a great experience.
