Got soup one day while my son got a burger. Lemon soup which has rice that had cooked into something that looked like porridge and the lemon flavor was all but gone as well. Then tried pizza on another day (as my 13 year old who obviously has no tastebuds said his burger was fine) and the crust was reminiscent of a mixture of school cafeteria pizza crust and soda crackers. I read one review that said this was the best pizza in the area, (if thats true I shed a tear for Newport)and claimed some cred from being from NYC. Well I grew up on the island (Long) and this pizza wouldnt fly where I come from, not even close, not to mention the real thing Ive had so may times in Italy.

The specialty Pizzas here are great!!! Try the Greek Pizza or the Meat Lovers. Aquidneck Pizza definately boasts the best pizza on the island, by far. Also, there are several delicious pasta dishes to try if you are going to stray from the pizza menu--my favorite is the shrimp scampi or stuffed eggplant, which is served over pasta. The upstairs dinning room is fantastic with a full bar and great views, and the service is great! The waitresses are friendly. Thanks!!!

absolutely the worst pizza i have ever eaten..greasy , burnt , just tasted nasty....either the sause or cheese or even both were terrible. .i have come to newport for the past 10 years and this is the first time eating here...it will be the last. .no wonder they give out free pizzas when you buy another.. i have eaten at all kinds of places and have had bad food and never left a review..but this pizza was nasty and i would not recommend this place to anyone. .

This is far and away the best Pizza in the Newport-Middletown area. I am a Pizza expert from NYC , and after having Carmellas Pizza I needed something a lot better.. Aquidneck delievered to my hotel pool and made me have a nice experience on July 4th. These neg reviews of this place Aquidneck are faux reviews, so pay zero attention as any clown can post something on here. This includes local competitors with inferior Pizza!

We recently moved practically 100 yards from Aquidneck pizza.. When you move to a new place, its always time to find the new grocery store, the new post office, etc.. and of course scope out your new pizza place.. Its practically right next door, so we gave it a shot.. WOO HOO! We love this place! Great pizza! Unfortunately, now we eat more pizza than we probably should.. but it sure is good!

Stayed at a nearby motel tried here because it was close by and delivered. It was wonderful! Ryan, our delivery guy was so friendly, the food was hot and Delicious!! Great pizza, sandwiches, steak fries. We liked it so much, we went there the next day for a late lunch. Burger, pasta, calzone, chicken club sandwich. Just as Delicious! Talia was wonderful! Will go back again.

Good local pizzeria for the area. They have several unique pizzas as well as the regular fare of sandwiches and subs. Try the OBriens special which is a pizza without a traditional red sauce. Very yummy!

First trip to Rhode Island and my daughter and I ate numerous meals at this local pizzeria. Friendly staff, convienent location, and very affordable prices. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was amazing!

First visit. Great view of Aquidneck Bay and the cliff walk from the second floor. I ordered the Portguese omelette. Generous portion and tasty. I will return to partake in their pizza.

Got some chourico here....sitting on the toilet for a long, long time... EWWeee coming out hot and fast. Unfortunately not like my food. Mrs. Slowpoke acted like it was my fault.

Whenever I get pizza I get it from here whether Im eating in or delivering, they never seem to dissappoint. Highly recommend it to anyone in town that wants a good quick slice.
