We love the Sea Breeze Inn. Staying with Leeza and Telly is more like staying with family then staying at a hotel. In 2014, we blocked out the entire inn for a large family event. Everybody loved the location, breakfast and of course, Leeza. Since then, the property has been completely remodeled. The inn still has the same family feel and awesome breakfast and now the entire property is beautiful. Quality and attention to detail are evident in each unique room, most of which have private balconies with ocean views. Room sizes range from standard queens to large suites that could comfortably accommodate a family vacationing with children. When visiting Newport, check out the Sea Breeze Inn. Youll be glad you did.

We just picked this wonderful place on line with out knowing anything about it or Road Island... it is absolutely perfect !! Everything about it the room was top notch and beautifully decorated ! Even the towels smelled good . The food was fantastic I felt at home ... it was close to everything too . The owners are sooo sweet , making sure we were happy ...LOVE this place cant wait to come back !!!

Leeza and her family are fabulous. Hotel is new, very clean and everyone is so friendly. Parking was good since that is always a big concern I have. I like my cars to stay like new. Cozy, Clean and Welcoming. You cant go wrong and we will be back. We stayed two nights.

Lovely family owned, clean and fresh place to stay. Just close enough to the beach and mansions. Breakfast and lunch are delicious! Everyone is very hospitable and friendly! Id recommend this place to anyone.
