I am the owner of an event planning company in MA and I work with Kerri, her team and Sweet Indulgence all the time. Kerri is extremely easy to work with, attentive, she always understands my clients vision and honestly goes above and beyond for every event/wedding I work with her on. My clients are beyond thrilled with every dessert Kerri creates, it not only looks absolutely beautiful but it also tastes unbelievably delicious. I not only use Sweet Indulgence for clients but for family birthdays and parties too! I have even ordered appetizers from Sweet Indulgence during the holiday season and they were incredibly yummy, my family commented on how the stuffed mushrooms and baked stuffed shrimp were some of the best they have had. I visit her shop quite often for breakfast (obsessed with the bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches), lunch (soups, salads and panini sandwiches are always a hit) and of course the occasional sweet treat and coffee, I always enjoy my visits to the bakery. I absolutely love a good cannoli and Sweet Indulgence honestly has the best cannoli cake I have ever had. I cant wait to grab dinner there soon! I have nothing but amazing and fabulous things to say about Kerri and her bakery Sweet Indulgence!

This used to be one of my favorite places and I have referred numerous people to this business. No more. I ordered favors for my sons birthday party. When I picked them up they were packaged in a box so I assumed all of the favors I ordered were in the box. I received 13 instead of the 25 I ordered and did not discover this until I was passing them out at the party. When I called for a refund, they were initially apologetic and assured me I would get a refund. I was told to follow up with the manager Kerri. I tried to reach her for 2 and 1/2 weeks. Several employees were rude to me when I kept trying to reach her. When I finally spoke with her I was angry and frustrated. She tried to blame the whole delay on a power outage the day before, which did not excuse the 2 week delay in getting me my refund, not to mention her not returning my calls. When I told her this she screamed in the phone "well you get nothing then" and hung up on me. When I called her back, she also accused me of harassing her employees. She refuses to give me a refund. Fortunately it was only a birthday party. I cant imagine dealing with this woman planning a wedding.

Wish could give no stars...very poor service...it was never like this at other location and when she first started out...especially when she was at the farmers markets..we were very loyal customers...dont know what happened but staff are not courteous and at times rude..this will be last time using this establishment for desserts or food..The final straw was trying to order a smash cake..called 3 times to try to place a simple order plain vanilla cake with green and purple frosting..was told they can take the order but most likely wouldnt be able to do..due to the fact i didnt give them enough notice..i explained that i tried 3 times. Starting or 3 weeks ago and no one returned call..spoke once to a person 2nd time left message despite calling middle of afternoon no one answered business phone?..and finally today when i was called back and told the head baker Amy said no..since i gave such short notice..are you kidding me..I have the call logs from my phone if we need to get that petty and prove..but I will take my business elsewhere especially reading reviews im not alone..Its a shame really looked forward to their desserts.

First of all their customer service was very poor. There was no greeting when we walked in, and they had no idea what they were serving or what they had. Next they are very unsanitary. There should be no reason that all THREE of the people behind the counter were playing with their hair. Even after doing this I saw no indication that they washed their hands either. They also should not be putting unwrapped silverware just directly on the table because I have no way of knowing if your tables are clean or even if you clean your tables. I have this indication because the floor was also not swept or mopped at all. I am very upset that I spent money on an establishment that looks good online but is very poor in person.

I wish I could say I that the cupcakes are amazing but I wouldnt know. After a rav review from a friend of mine I wanted to order about 60 cupcakes for a bridal shower for my sister in law. After about 2 and a half week of emails and phone calls I had to go with someone else. To be honest the poor customer service and lack of communication made me not want to work with them even if they did finally contact me. I have worked in retail and custoner service for over 10 years and I am not one to write a bad review but this was actually rude in my opinion. If they couldnt provide me with that date the least they could have done is get back to me so I wouldnt waste my time. Super disappointed.

I went a few times in the past, but I think that it is time for a proper review. The store is beautifully designed, the food looks stunning, and their cheesecake is amazing (although I wish they were bigger). The only think that really shot the rating down is the employees that work there. Every single time these girls in the front are either on their phones, pushing by me to put cake out, or are outright unfriendly. The boys in the back are more helpful!

My two friends and I stopped by on our way home to New Hampshire. I had an ice cream with both raspberry and cotton candy in a waffle cone. Cotton candy ice cream is difficult to get right (usually places make it far too sweet), but this place had top notch ice cream. The cupcakes were amazing too! The restaurant was extremely clean and tidy. Everyone was all smiles and super friendly. Wish we had one closer to home.

I love this place!! It was a little busy when I walked in, but I was still greeted. I wanted to order a small cake for my wedding, I had no idea what I was looking for but the girls Britney and Emma were so helpful trying to show me different styles. The desserts looked so good that I needed to try several different cakes, cupcakes and chocolates! I will definitely be back!

Great baked goods. Icing is a bit too sweet. Chocolate is gimmicky, but everything is so well made and attractive that it doesnt matter. Atmosphere and staff is excellent. Friday/Saturday dinner is alright. Live singing is, surprisingly, usually very good. The woman they usually have singing classics is great.

The BEST cakes and cupcakes around!! Ive been ordering my cakes for parties from here for the past 6 years and I am obsessed!! They always come out so beautiful and perfect and everyone always raves about how good it is and begs to know where it came from!! I cant wait to order my wedding cake next year!!!

I came in to meet friends for coffee and not only was it it decorated like something out of a dream, I had the most yummy pumpkin chai that I ended up staying for breakfast and lunch! I have also tasted one of her cakes and she did an amazing job at making it taste amazing AND look so perfect!!
